本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,具体涉及一种齿轮传动用润滑油。
背景技术:
齿轮传动是机械传动中应用最广的一种传动形式,它具有瞬时传动比恒定、传动比范围大、速度和传递功率范围大、传递效率高和结构紧凑的特点,工作可靠,使用寿命长。在齿轮传动中,由于齿轮间直接相互接触,摩擦过程中容易产生热量和损伤,因此需要在齿轮上涂抹润滑油,以提高传动效率和保护齿轮结构。目前,市售润滑油在经长时间摩擦后黏度会变大,生成膏状固体,从而增大传动阻力,严重时会损坏链条结构。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种润滑效果好、使用时间长且兼具防锈效果的齿轮传动用润滑油。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种齿轮传动用润滑油,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
机油75-80份、松节油20-25份、蜡助剂10-15份、氢化松香10-15份、羟丙基纤维素8-13份、丁苯橡胶6-11份、凹凸棒土5-9份、炉甘石粉4-7份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3-5份、纳米石墨粉3-5份、聚丙烯酸钠2-4份、尿素2-4份、雄黄1-2份、硼砂0.5-1份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将蜡助剂加热至完全融化,再加入机油和丁苯橡胶,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理15min,即得物料I;
(2)将氢化松香加入松节油中,溶解完全后加入凹凸棒土和炉甘石粉,混合均匀后加热至70-80℃保温10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、羟丙基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、纳米石墨粉、聚丙烯酸钠、尿素、雄黄和硼砂,充分混合后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。
所述蜡助剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:米糠蜡20-25份、聚乙烯蜡10-15份、羊毛脂8-11份、氢化蓖麻油6-10份、羧甲基淀粉钠5-8份、聚乙烯醇3-6份、聚丙烯酰胺2-3份、聚乙二醇2-3份、纳米氧化铝1-2份、乙醇50-60份,其制备方法为:将聚乙烯蜡加热至完全融化,再加入聚丙烯酰胺、纳米氧化铝和乙醇,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,然后加入米糠蜡和羊毛脂,混合使其完全融化后继续微波处理5min,处理结束后自然冷却至室温,最后加入氢化蓖麻油、羧甲基淀粉钠、聚乙烯醇和聚乙二醇,充分混合均匀。
利用聚丙烯酰胺和纳米氧化铝对聚乙烯蜡进行改性,从而提高其润滑效果,增强耐寒性、耐热性、耐化学性和耐磨性;并利用微波协助手段,缩短改性时间和提高改性效果。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以机油和松节油为主要原料,辅以蜡助剂、氢化松香和多种功能助剂制得齿轮传动用润滑油,该润滑油澄清透亮、粘度适中,具有优异的润滑效果,有利于保护齿轮和提高传动效率,并且具有防锈作用,防止齿轮因生锈而影响正常运作,甚至出现安全事故。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)将10份蜡助剂加热至完全融化,再加入75份机油和6份丁苯橡胶,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理15min,即得物料I;
(2)将10份氢化松香加入20份松节油中,溶解完全后加入8份凹凸棒土和4份炉甘石粉,混合均匀后加热至70-80℃保温10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、8份羟丙基纤维素、3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、3份纳米石墨粉、4份聚丙烯酸钠、2份尿素、1份雄黄和0.5份硼砂,充分混合后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。
蜡助剂的制备:将10份聚乙烯蜡加热至完全融化,再加入2份聚丙烯酰胺、2份纳米氧化铝和50份乙醇,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,然后加入20份米糠蜡和10份羊毛脂,混合使其完全融化后继续微波处理5min,处理结束后自然冷却至室温,最后加入8份氢化蓖麻油、5份羧甲基淀粉钠、3份聚乙烯醇和3份聚乙二醇,充分混合均匀。
实施例2
(1)将15份蜡助剂加热至完全融化,再加入80份机油和8份丁苯橡胶,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理15min,即得物料I;
(2)将12份氢化松香加入25份松节油中,溶解完全后加入6份凹凸棒土和5份炉甘石粉,混合均匀后加热至70-80℃保温10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、10份羟丙基纤维素、5份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、4份纳米石墨粉、3份聚丙烯酸钠、3份尿素、1份雄黄和1份硼砂,充分混合后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。
蜡助剂的制备:将15份聚乙烯蜡加热至完全融化,再加入3份聚丙烯酰胺、1份纳米氧化铝和60份乙醇,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,然后加入25份米糠蜡和8份羊毛脂,混合使其完全融化后继续微波处理5min,处理结束后自然冷却至室温,最后加入10份氢化蓖麻油、8份羧甲基淀粉钠、5份聚乙烯醇和2份聚乙二醇,充分混合均匀。

机油75-80份、松节油20-25份、蜡助剂10-15份、氢化松香10-15份、羟丙基纤维素8-13份、丁苯橡胶6-11份、凹凸棒土5-9份、炉甘石粉4-7份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3-5份、纳米石墨粉3-5份、聚丙烯酸钠2-4份、尿素2-4份、雄黄1-2份、硼砂0.5-1份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将蜡助剂加热至完全融化,再加入机油和丁苯橡胶,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理15min,即得物料I;
(2)将氢化松香加入松节油中,溶解完全后加入凹凸棒土和炉甘石粉,混合均匀后加热至70-80℃保温10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、羟丙基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、纳米石墨粉、聚丙烯酸钠、尿素、雄黄和硼砂,充分混合后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮传动用润滑油,其特征在于,所述蜡助剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:米糠蜡20-25份、聚乙烯蜡10-15份、羊毛脂8-11份、氢化蓖麻油6-10份、羧甲基淀粉钠5-8份、聚乙烯醇3-6份、聚丙烯酰胺2-3份、聚乙二醇2-3份、纳米氧化铝1-2份、乙醇50-60份,其制备方法为:将聚乙烯蜡加热至完全融化,再加入聚丙烯酰胺、纳米氧化铝和乙醇,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,然后加入米糠蜡和羊毛脂,混合使其完全融化后继续微波处理5min,处理结束后自然冷却至室温,最后加入氢化蓖麻油、羧甲基淀粉钠、聚乙烯醇和聚乙二醇,充分混合均匀。
