Abstract

本发明公开了一种螺纹铸件包装用防锈脂,涉及防锈剂技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:机油70‑80份、氢化松香15‑20份、白蜂蜡12‑17份、羧甲基淀粉钠10‑15份、米糠油10‑15份、大豆磷脂8‑12份、环糊精6‑10份、烷基糖苷5‑8份、油酸聚氧乙烯酯5‑8份、聚丙烯酰胺4‑6份、魔芋胶3‑5份、鲸蜡硬脂醇3‑5份、山梨糖醇2‑3份、尿素1‑2份、乙醇40‑50份。本发明防锈脂粘度适宜,能均匀涂覆于螺纹上,有效防止灰尘粘附,并且封闭性好,能避免螺纹与空气中的水分和氧气接触而生锈,从而有效保护螺纹,另外防锈脂还具有润滑作用,利于后续的螺纹安装。

技术领域:
本发明涉及防锈剂技术领域,具体涉及一种螺纹铸件包装用防锈脂。
背景技术:
螺纹铸件经精加工后需要进行包装入库,由于螺纹上易粘附灰尘,并且在储存时容易生锈,生成的锈斑易破坏螺纹,从而造成铸件的废弃。为了避免这些问题,在螺纹铸件包装前可以在螺纹上涂抹一层防锈脂,这样既可以保护螺纹,也利于后续的螺纹安装。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种防止灰尘粘附且起防锈作用的螺纹铸件包装用防锈脂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种螺纹铸件包装用防锈脂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
机油70-80份、氢化松香15-20份、白蜂蜡12-17份、羧甲基淀粉钠10-15份、米糠油10-15份、大豆磷脂8-12份、环糊精6-10份、烷基糖苷5-8份、油酸聚氧乙烯酯5-8份、聚丙烯酰胺4-6份、魔芋胶3-5份、鲸蜡硬脂醇3-5份、山梨糖醇2-3份、尿素1-2份、乙醇40-50份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)先将氢化松香溶解于乙醇中,再加入白蜂蜡和魔芋胶,混合物加热至回流状态保温处理15min,即得物料I;
(2)向机油中加入米糠油和大豆磷脂,加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,再加入烷基糖苷和油酸聚氧乙烯酯,继续加热至90-100℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、羧甲基淀粉钠、环糊精、聚丙烯酰胺、鲸蜡硬脂醇、山梨糖醇和尿素,充分混合均匀,最后经球磨机球磨至细度小于50μm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以机油为主要原料,辅以氢化松香和多种功能助剂制得螺纹铸件包装用防锈脂,该防锈脂粘度适宜,能均匀涂覆于螺纹上,有效防止灰尘粘附,并且封闭性好,能避免螺纹与空气中的水分和氧气接触而生锈,从而有效保护螺纹,另外防锈脂还具有润滑作用,利于后续的螺纹安装。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)先将15份氢化松香溶解于40份乙醇中,再加入12份白蜂蜡和3份魔芋胶,混合物加热至回流状态保温处理15min,即得物料I;
(2)向70份机油中加入15份米糠油和8份大豆磷脂,加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,再加入6份烷基糖苷和5份油酸聚氧乙烯酯,继续加热至90-100℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、10份羧甲基淀粉钠、8份环糊精、4份聚丙烯酰胺、3份鲸蜡硬脂醇、2份山梨糖醇和2份尿素,充分混合均匀,最后经球磨机球磨至细度小于50μm。
实施例2
(1)先将20份氢化松香溶解于50份乙醇中,再加入15份白蜂蜡和5份魔芋胶,混合物加热至回流状态保温处理15min,即得物料I;
(2)向80份机油中加入10份米糠油和10份大豆磷脂,加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,再加入8份烷基糖苷和7份油酸聚氧乙烯酯,继续加热至90-100℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、15份羧甲基淀粉钠、6份环糊精、6份聚丙烯酰胺、4份鲸蜡硬脂醇、3份山梨糖醇和1份尿素,充分混合均匀,最后经球磨机球磨至细度小于50μm。

1.一种螺纹铸件包装用防锈脂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
机油70-80份、氢化松香15-20份、白蜂蜡12-17份、羧甲基淀粉钠10-15份、米糠油10-15份、大豆磷脂8-12份、环糊精6-10份、烷基糖苷5-8份、油酸聚氧乙烯酯5-8份、聚丙烯酰胺4-6份、魔芋胶3-5份、鲸蜡硬脂醇3-5份、山梨糖醇2-3份、尿素1-2份、乙醇40-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺纹铸件包装用防锈脂,其特征在于,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)先将氢化松香溶解于乙醇中,再加入白蜂蜡和魔芋胶,混合物加热至回流状态保温处理15min,即得物料I;
(2)向机油中加入米糠油和大豆磷脂,加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,再加入烷基糖苷和油酸聚氧乙烯酯,继续加热至90-100℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、羧甲基淀粉钠、环糊精、聚丙烯酰胺、鲸蜡硬脂醇、山梨糖醇和尿素,充分混合均匀,最后经球磨机球磨至细度小于50μm。
