本发明公开了一种纳米环保水性木器漆,无任何有毒气体,同时具有较好的耐温性、附着能力,硬度高抗冲击。本发明提供的纳米环保水性木器漆,包括以下组分和配比:水性聚氨酯树脂40~50份、去离子水30~40份,纳米多体浆料15~25份、成膜助剂2~5份、消泡剂0.2~1份、润湿流平剂0.3~0.5份、增滑剂0.2~0.8份、消光剂2~4、增稠剂0.5~1.5份。本品环保无毒,且防水性好,硬度佳,漆面平滑光亮,无气泡产生,涂刷效果优良。

技术领域
    本发明属于家居涂料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种纳米环保水性木器漆。
 
背景技术
目前使用的水性木器漆,经测试均含有有毒气体,这些有害气体均严重超标,涂刷在建筑物、木制物品表层,给人们的身体健康带来较大的损害。本领域技术人员试图改变这一现状,由已公开的水性木器漆文献获知的组份,其性能欠佳,当有毒物质减少的同时,漆膜的耐温性能、附着性能及硬度等也随之降低。
 
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种纳米环保水性木器漆,无任何有毒气体,同时具有较好的耐温性、附着能力,硬度高抗冲击。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种纳米环保水性木器漆,包括以下组分和配比:水性聚氨酯树脂40~50份、去离子水 30~40份、纳米多体浆料 15~25份、成膜助剂2~5份、消泡剂0.2~1份、润湿流平剂0.3~0.5份、增滑剂0.2~0.8份、消光剂2~4、增稠剂0.5~1.5份。
作为本发明的一种改进方案,原料中还包括杀菌剂0.1~0.5份,防霉剂0.2~0.8份。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述成膜助剂为丙二醇,所述消泡剂采用Tego Foamex系列中的一种,所述流平剂为Tego-wet 270,所述增滑剂为Tego Glide系列中的一种,所述消光剂为气相二氧化硅消光粉,所述增稠剂为TT-935。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述杀菌剂为季铵盐型抗菌剂。
本发明提供的纳米环保水性木器漆,环保无毒,且防水性好,硬度佳,漆面平滑光亮,无气泡产生,涂刷效果优良。
 
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例一:
一种纳米环保水性木器漆,包括以下组分和配比:水性聚氨酯树脂40份、去离子水 30份、纳米多体浆料 15份、成膜助剂2份、消泡剂0.2份、润湿流平剂0.3份、增滑剂0.2份、消光剂2、增稠剂1.5份。其中,成膜助剂为丙二醇,所述消泡剂采用Tego Foamex系列中的一种,所述流平剂为Tego-wet 270,所述增滑剂为Tego Glide系列中的一种,所述消光剂为气相二氧化硅消光粉,所述增稠剂为TT-935。
本品制备方法为:在水性聚氨酯树脂中加入去离子水,搅拌均匀后加入纳米多体浆料,反应20分钟后加入其余原料,放入搅拌机中,800~1200转/分搅拌10~15分钟。
实施例二:
一种纳米环保水性木器漆,包括以下组分和配比:水性聚氨酯树脂50份、去离子水 40份、纳米多体浆料 25份、成膜助剂5份、消泡剂1份、润湿流平剂0.5份、增滑剂0.8份、消光剂4、增稠剂.5份。其中,成膜助剂为丙二醇,所述消泡剂采用Tego Foamex系列中的一种,所述流平剂为Tego-wet 270,所述增滑剂为Tego Glide系列中的一种,所述消光剂为气相二氧化硅消光粉,所述增稠剂为TT-935。
本品制备方法为:在水性聚氨酯树脂中加入去离子水,搅拌均匀后加入纳米多体浆料,反应20分钟后加入其余原料,放入搅拌机中,800~1200转/分搅拌10~15分钟。
实施例三:
作为实施例一或实施例二的改进方案,原料中还包括杀菌剂0.1~0.5份,防霉剂0.2~0.8份。所述杀菌剂优选为季铵盐型抗菌剂。
本品制备方法为:在水性聚氨酯树脂中加入去离子水,搅拌均匀后加入纳米多体浆料,反应20分钟后加入其余原料(包括杀菌剂和防霉剂),放入搅拌机中,800~1200转/分搅拌10~15分钟。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述实施方式所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。

1.一种纳米环保水性木器漆,其特征在于,包括以下组分和配比:水性聚氨酯树脂40~50份、去离子水 30~40份、纳米多体浆料 15~25份、成膜助剂2~5份、消泡剂0.2~1份、润湿流平剂0.3~0.5份、增滑剂0.2~0.8份、消光剂2~4、增稠剂0.5~1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米环保水性木器漆,其特征在于:原料中还包括杀菌剂0.1~0.5份,防霉剂0.2~0.8份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的纳米环保水性木器漆,其特征在于:所述成膜助剂为丙二醇,所述消泡剂采用Tego Foamex系列中的一种,所述流平剂为Tego-wet 270,所述增滑剂为Tego Glide系列中的一种,所述消光剂为气相二氧化硅消光粉,所述增稠剂为TT-935。
4.根据权利要求2所述的纳米环保水性木器漆,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂为季铵盐型抗菌剂。
