本发明属于电缆技术领域,具体是一种高强度电缆。
背景技术
电缆通常是由几根或几组导线(每组至少两根)绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。多架设在空中或装在地下、水底,用于电讯或电力输送。目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,要求电缆不仅要具备优良的耐高温和抗断线能力,而且还需要具备较强的强度。

针对于现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种高强度电缆。
高强度电缆由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述电缆线芯的原料按重量份的组分为:铝70-90份、钼2-4份、三氧化二铝11-15份、碳化钨2-7份、氧化锌3-6份、碳化铌6-15份、硅4-9份、镍3-6份、纳米二氧化钛15-24份、锡6-9份、氧化镁4-7份、镧2-4份。

本发明强度性能高,导电性能好,具有优良的耐高温性能,耐酸碱,耐腐蚀,抗拖拽,广泛运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域。
