本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种抗拖拽电缆线芯。
背景技术
目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,特别是对电缆线芯的要求更高,对电缆线芯要求具备较高的导电性以及抗拖拽、防断线、耐疲劳性、抗断线能力、耐机械损伤等性能。

一种抗拖拽电缆线芯,该电缆线芯的原料按重量份的组分为:铜95份、铝15份、高强度碳纤维5份、碳化硅1份、锡1份、磷0.2份、铈0.1份、钛1份、铪0.3份、铬0.1份、锶0.1-0.3份、钼0.2-0.4份、钇0.3-0.7份、铁5-15份。
进一步地,该电缆线芯的原料按重量份的组分为:铜95份、铝15份、高强度碳纤维5份、碳化硅1份、锡1份、磷0.2份、铈0.1份、钛1份、铪0.3份、铬0.1份、锶0.2份、钼0.3份、钇0.5份、铁10份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该电缆线芯导电性能好,抗拖拽,防断线,具备较高的抗机械损伤能力、耐疲劳性能、抗氧化以及耐高温等性能,广泛运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域。
