[0002] 随着科学技术的迅速发展,各种建筑物内的用电设备越来越多,如今火灾造成的损失越来越大,电缆的耐火、低烟无卤、阻燃环保性能要求越来越突出,尤其在高层建筑、地铁、大型体育场、大型购物中心,要求电缆在火灾发生的一段时间内保持系统正常运行而且电缆燃烧时要求低烟无卤阻燃,以便对火灾采取措施,尽量减少设备的损失和人员的伤亡,因此耐火环保型的电缆得到迅速发展。
[0003]目前我国耐火类电缆主要是以无机矿物绝缘耐火电缆、绕包云母带塑料绝缘耐火电缆为主。矿物绝缘电缆是耐火电缆中性能较优的一种,它是由铜芯、铜护套、氧化镁绝缘材料加工而成的,简称MI (minerl insulated cables)电缆。该电缆完全由无机物构成耐火层,耐火性能较普通耐火电缆更优且不会因燃烧而分解产生腐蚀性气体。虽然具有良好的耐火特性且可以长期工作在250°C高温之下,具有防爆、耐腐蚀性强、载流量大、耐辐射、机械强度高、体积小、重量轻、寿命长、无烟的特点。但价格贵、工艺复杂、施工难度大。不易弯曲不适合对柔软要求高的地方、加工工艺复杂、安装施工不便、绝缘电阻较低等缺点。绕包云母带塑料绝缘电缆作为无机矿物绝缘电缆的低端替代产品,虽加工工艺简单但其有耐火性能较差、燃烧时绝缘粉化严重不耐受冲击敲打而且生产加工时对导体结构有要求,云母带绕包在硬芯导体上绕包紧密,束绞线软结构由于导体表面不光滑平整,绕包时对云母带造成极大的损伤,生产出的耐火电缆耐火性能极不稳定,因此绕包云母带耐火电缆不易生产软芯结构。
[0004] 陶瓷化硅橡胶材料就是一种新型的高分子复合材料具有非常好的耐火、低烟、无毒的性能,同时其燃烧后的残余物为陶瓷状硬壳,硬壳在火灾(650-1300°C)环境下不熔融,不滴落,保险在火灾的情况下线路畅通,起到坚固的保护作用。因此用陶瓷化硅橡胶作为耐火层挤包在软导体上,配合其他环保型材料完全可以生产出来一种小截面、耐火、低烟无卤、阻燃、环保控制软电缆。

[0021] 具体设置中,导体I采用五类镀锡或非镀锡退火无氧铜导体以较小的节距束绞成软绞线,以提高导体的弯曲性和柔软性。束绞成型的软导体经过硅橡胶连硫设备挤包一层陶瓷化硅橡胶作为耐火层2。硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层3直接挤包在耐火层上面,一方面作为绝缘层使用,另一方面作为耐火层的保护层,避免耐火层经过灼烧后生的的陶瓷化硬壳,在电缆受到外力弯曲时移动时脱落。缆芯成缆时根据实际需要填充环保型涂覆阻燃绳并绕包涂覆阻燃型包带来提高电缆的阻燃性能。电缆最外层挤包一层低烟无卤高阻燃热塑性弹性体作为电缆的外护套6,以增强电缆的阻燃性。
Claims (3)
1.陶瓷化耐火环保型控制软电缆,在电缆缆芯间隙设有阻燃填充绳作为填充层(4),其特征在于,所述缆芯及填充层(4)外设有阻燃玻纤带绕包层(5),电缆的最外层挤包有热塑性弹性体外护套(6); 所述电缆缆芯由多根绝缘线芯绞合成缆,各所述绝缘线芯由导体(I)、绕包于导体(I)上的陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火层(2)以及挤包于耐火层上的绝缘层(3)构成。
2.根据权利要求I所述的陶瓷化耐火环保型控制软电缆,其特征在于,所述绝缘层(3)采用硅烷交联聚乙烯挤包于所述耐火层(2)上。
3.根据权利要求I所述的陶瓷化耐火环保型控制软电缆,其特征在于,所述导体(I)由五类镀锡或非镀锡无氧铜导体绞合构成。
