Abstract

1. Способ сварки моноаксиально растянутых материалов из возобновляемого сырья, отличающийся тем, чтоa) подлежащие сварке поверхности изготавливают, по меньшей мере, частично из растянутого возобновляемого сырья иb) указанные поверхности сваривают сваркой нагретым клином, сваркой трением, лазерной сваркой, высокочастотной сваркой или ультразвуковой сваркой.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на стадии а) используют моноаксиально растянутую ленту, особенно предпочтительно моноаксиально растянутую обвязочную ленту.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на стадии а) возобновляемое сырье выбирают из группы, в которую входят алифатический сложный полиэфир, полиамид, алифатический полиэфирамид, полигидроксиалканоат, поливиниловый спирт, полиалкиленгликоль, лигнин; или возобновляемое сырье представляет собой сополимер, который содержит, по меньшей мере, одно из указанных соединений, или смесь, или производное указанных соединений, в частности возобновляемое сырье представляет собой полимолочную кислоту или полиянтарную кислоту, или смесь, или производное указанных соединений.4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что используют полимолочную кислоту, которая изготовлена по меньшей мере на 40 вес.%, особенно предпочтительно по меньшей мере на 90 вес.% из L - молочной кислоты.5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на стадии b) устанавливают продолжительность сварки от 5 миллисекунд до 1 секунды.6. Способ по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что на стадии b) продолжительность охлаждения устанавливают от 0 до 3 с.7. Claims (7)

1. Способ сварки моноаксиально растянутых материалов из возобновляемого сырья, отличающийся тем, что
a) подлежащие сварке поверхности изготавливают, по меньшей мере, частично из растянутого возобновляемого сырья и
b) указанные поверхности сваривают сваркой нагретым клином, сваркой трением, лазерной сваркой, высокочастотной сваркой или ультразвуковой сваркой.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на стадии а) используют моноаксиально растянутую ленту, особенно предпочтительно моноаксиально растянутую обвязочную ленту.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на стадии а) возобновляемое сырье выбирают из группы, в которую входят алифатический сложный полиэфир, полиамид, алифатический полиэфирамид, полигидроксиалканоат, поливиниловый спирт, полиалкиленгликоль, лигнин; или возобновляемое сырье представляет собой сополимер, который содержит, по меньшей мере, одно из указанных соединений, или смесь, или производное указанных соединений, в частности возобновляемое сырье представляет собой полимолочную кислоту или полиянтарную кислоту, или смесь, или производное указанных соединений.
4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что используют полимолочную кислоту, которая изготовлена по меньшей мере на 40 вес.%, особенно предпочтительно по меньшей мере на 90 вес.% из L - молочной кислоты.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на стадии b) устанавливают продолжительность сварки от 5 миллисекунд до 1 секунды.
6. Способ по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что на стадии b) продолжительность охлаждения устанавливают от 0 до 3 с.
7. Свариваемая сама с собой обвязочная лента, изготовленная способом по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что прочность на разрыв, измеренная согласно DIN 53540, составляет по меньшей мере 5 Н/мм2.
