Настоящее изобретение относится к полимерному материалу, включающему смесь базового полимера полимолочной кислоты (ПМК), содержащего от 60 до 85 мас.% структурных звеньев L и от 15 до 40 мас.% структурных звеньев D или от 60 до 85 мас.% структурных звеньев D и от 15 до 40% структурных звеньев L, и пластификатора, выбранного из группы, включающей сложные эфиры лимонной кислоты, сложные эфиры глицерина и их производные, полиалкиленовые простые эфиры, лактидные олигомеры или производные молочной кислоты, сложные эфиры жирных кислот и эпоксидированные масла, содержание которых составляет от 10 до 40 мас.% в пересчете на полную массу полимерного материала.
