Abstract

1. Композиция для покрытия, содержащая фенольную смолу, по меньшей мере, один твердый смазочный материал, выбранный из группы, включающей графит, MoS, WS, BN, ПТФЭ и углеродное волокно.2. Композиция для покрытия по п.1, где использовано углеродное волокно с толщиной ≤100 мкм и длиной ≤500 мкм.3. Композиция для покрытия по п.1 или 2, которая дополнительно содержит присадки и вспомогательные вещества.4. Композиция для покрытия по п.1 или 2, которая дополнительно содержит эпоксидную смолу.5. Композиция для покрытия по п.1 или 2, где твердый смазочный материал (материалы) использован(ы) в количестве 10-30 вес.% в расчете на общий вес композиции.6. Композиция для покрытия по п.1 или 2, где углеродное волокно использовано в количестве 3-10 вес.% в расчете на общий вес композиции.7. Применение композиции для покрытия по любому из вышеприведенных пунктов для поршня двигателя.8. Применение по п.7 для направляющей части поршня.9. Применение по п.7 или 8, где речь идет о поршне двигателя внутреннего сгорания.

Claims (9)

1. Композиция для покрытия, содержащая фенольную смолу, по меньшей мере, один твердый смазочный материал, выбранный из группы, включающей графит, MoS2, WS2, BN, ПТФЭ и углеродное волокно.
2. Композиция для покрытия по п.1, где использовано углеродное волокно с толщиной ≤100 мкм и длиной ≤500 мкм.
3. Композиция для покрытия по п.1 или 2, которая дополнительно содержит присадки и вспомогательные вещества.
4. Композиция для покрытия по п.1 или 2, которая дополнительно содержит эпоксидную смолу.
5. Композиция для покрытия по п.1 или 2, где твердый смазочный материал (материалы) использован(ы) в количестве 10-30 вес.% в расчете на общий вес композиции.
6. Композиция для покрытия по п.1 или 2, где углеродное волокно использовано в количестве 3-10 вес.% в расчете на общий вес композиции.
7. Применение композиции для покрытия по любому из вышеприведенных пунктов для поршня двигателя.
8. Применение по п.7 для направляющей части поршня.
9. Применение по п.7 или 8, где речь идет о поршне двигателя внутреннего сгорания.
