Препаративная форма диацереина с контролируемым высвобождением для введения один раз в день для лечения воспалительных заболеваний, аутоиммунных заболеваний или их осложнений с уменьшенными отрицательными побочными воздействиями.2. Препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением по п.1, где препаративная форма представляет собой мембранно-контролируемую препаративную форму, матричную препаративную форму или препаративную форму с осмотическим насосом.3. Препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением по п.2, где препаративная форма обеспечивает повышенную биологическую доступность по сравнению с препаративной формой с быстрым высвобождением.4. Препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением по п.3, где препаративная форма содержит поверхностно-активное вещество, подкисляющий агент или буферный агент.5. Препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением по п.3, где размер частиц диацереина менее чем 2000 мкм.6. Claims (25)

1. Препаративная форма диацереина с контролируемым высвобождением для введения один раз в день для лечения воспалительных заболеваний, аутоиммунных заболеваний или их осложнений с уменьшенными отрицательными побочными воздействиями.
2. Препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением по п.1, где препаративная форма представляет собой мембранно-контролируемую препаративную форму, матричную препаративную форму или препаративную форму с осмотическим насосом.
3. Препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением по п.2, где препаративная форма обеспечивает повышенную биологическую доступность по сравнению с препаративной формой с быстрым высвобождением.
4. Препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением по п.3, где препаративная форма содержит поверхностно-активное вещество, подкисляющий агент или буферный агент.

Препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением по п.1, где препаративная форма, содержащая 100 мг диацереина, поддерживает концентрацию реина в плазме выше, чем концентрация 2 мг/л в течение более чем 12 ч у людей при пероральном введении пациенту-человеку, у которого достигнуто стационарное состояние.
11. Препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением по п.1, где препаративная форма, содержащая 150 мг диацереина, поддерживает концентрацию реина в плазме выше, чем концентрация 3 мг/л в течение более чем 12 ч у людей при пероральном введении пациенту-человеку, у которого достигнуто стационарное состояние.
12. Препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением по п.1, где препаративная форма, содержащая 200 мг диацереина, поддерживает концентрацию реина в плазме выше, чем концентрация 4 мг/л в течение более чем 12 ч у людей при пероральном введении пациенту-человеку, у которого достигнуто стационарное состояние.
13. Способ лечения воспалительных заболеваний, аутоиммунных заболеваний или их осложнений, включающий введение субъекту, нуждающемуся в этом, препаративной формы диацереина с контролируемым высвобождением для введения один раз в сутки по п.1, где указанный способ приводит к меньшим отрицательным побочным воздействиям по сравнению с введением препаративных форм диацереина с быстрым высвобождением.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором указанное отрицательное побочное воздействие представляет собой диарею.
15. Способ по п.13, в котором препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением вводится для лечения диабета типа I/типа II или остеоартрита.
16. Способ по п.13, в котором препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением вводится для лечения осложнений диабета типа I/типа II.
17. Способ по п.16, в котором осложнения диабета типа I/типа при пероральном введении пациенту-человеку II представляют собой нефропатию, ретинопатию, невропатию или язвы стопы.
18. Препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением для введения один раз в сут по п.1, содержащая первый активный ингредиент, диацереин и второй активный ингредиент для лечения воспалительных заболеваний, аутоиммунных заболеваний или их осложнений.
19. Препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением по п.18, в которой указанный второй активный ингредиент представляет собой ингибитор ангиотензин-преобразующего фермента, блокаторы рецепторов ангиотензина II, антигипергликемическое лекарственное средство или нестероидное противовоспалительное лекарственное средство.
20. Препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением по п.1, содержащая примерно 20,0 мас.% диацереина гидроксиметилпропилцеллюлозы, примерно 57,0 мас.% маннита, примерно 2,0 мас.% повидона и примерно 1,0 мас.% стеарата магния.
21. Препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением по п.1, содержащая примерно 20,0 мас.% диацереина, примерно 40,0 мас.% гидроксиметилпропилцеллюлозы, примерно 37,0 мас.% маннита, примерно 2,0 мас.% повидона и примерно 1,0 мас.% стеарата магния.
22. Препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением по п.1, содержащая примерно 20,0 мас.% диацереина, примерно 33,0 мас.% гидроксиметилпропилцеллюлозы, примерно 46,0 мас.% маннита и примерно 1,0 мас.% стеарата магния.
23. Препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением по п.1, содержащая активный слой, слой пленки с замедленным высвобождением и слой пленки с отсроченным высвобождением.
24. Препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением по п.23, в которой указанный активный слой содержит в пределах между примерно 40,0 мас.% и примерно 50,0 мас.% микрокристаллической целлюлозы между примерно 20,0 мас.% и примерно 30,0 мас.% диацереина, между примерно 2,0 мас.% и примерно 5,0 мас.% повидона и между примерно 20,0 мас.% и примерно 30,0 мас.% маннита.
25. Препаративная форма с контролируемым высвобождением по п.22, где указанный активный слой содержит примерно 50,0 мас.% микрокристаллической целлюлозы, примерно 25,0 мас.% диацереина, примерно 2,0 мас.% повидона и примерно 23,0 мас.% маннита.
