Abstract
1. Устройство для капсулорексиса, содержащее: ! резистивный нагревательный элемент, содержащий электрически резистивную сверхупругую проволоку, имеющую первый и второй концы, при этом сверхупругая проволока выполнена с возможностью включения в себя петли, причем первый и второй концы являются смежными и продолжаются от петли для образования подводящей секции; ! изолирующий участок, содержащий электроизоляционный материал, отделяющий первый и второй концы сверхупругой проволоки; и ! рукоятку, входящую в фиксированное зацепление, по меньшей мере, с участком подводящей секции. ! 2. Устройство для капсулорексиса по п.1, дополнительно содержащее трубчатый вводной картридж, выполненный с возможностью плотного охвата участка рукоятки и по существу заключения в себя резистивного нагревательного элемента, когда резистивный нагревательный элемент находится в отведенном положении. ! 3. Устройство для капсулорексиса по п.1, в котором сверхупругая проволока выполнена из никель-титанового сплава. ! 4. Устройство для капсулорексиса по п.1, в котором петля имеет нижнюю поверхность, предназначенную для размещения вплотную к передней капсуле хрусталика глаза, и верхнюю поверхность, противоположную нижней поверхности, при этом резистивный нагревательный элемент дополнительно содержит термоизоляционный слой, расположенный, по меньшей мере, на верхней поверхности, но отсутствующий на нижней поверхности. ! 5. Устройство для капсулорексиса по п.1, в котором сверхупругая проволока имеет прямоугольное сечение, по меньшей мере, по существу по всей петле, при этом термоизоляционный слой расположен на трех сторонах сверхупругой
Claims (7)
1. Устройство для капсулорексиса, содержащее:
резистивный нагревательный элемент, содержащий электрически резистивную сверхупругую проволоку, имеющую первый и второй концы, при этом сверхупругая проволока выполнена с возможностью включения в себя петли, причем первый и второй концы являются смежными и продолжаются от петли для образования подводящей секции;
изолирующий участок, содержащий электроизоляционный материал, отделяющий первый и второй концы сверхупругой проволоки; и
рукоятку, входящую в фиксированное зацепление, по меньшей мере, с участком подводящей секции.
2. Устройство для капсулорексиса по п.1, дополнительно содержащее трубчатый вводной картридж, выполненный с возможностью плотного охвата участка рукоятки и по существу заключения в себя резистивного нагревательного элемента, когда резистивный нагревательный элемент находится в отведенном положении.
3. Устройство для капсулорексиса по п.1, в котором сверхупругая проволока выполнена из никель-титанового сплава.
4. Устройство для капсулорексиса по п.1, в котором петля имеет нижнюю поверхность, предназначенную для размещения вплотную к передней капсуле хрусталика глаза, и верхнюю поверхность, противоположную нижней поверхности, при этом резистивный нагревательный элемент дополнительно содержит термоизоляционный слой, расположенный, по меньшей мере, на верхней поверхности, но отсутствующий на нижней поверхности.
5. Устройство для капсулорексиса по п.1, в котором сверхупругая проволока имеет прямоугольное сечение, по меньшей мере, по существу по всей петле, при этом термоизоляционный слой расположен на трех сторонах сверхупругой проволоки, по меньшей мере, по существу по всей петле.
6. Способ применения устройства для капсулорексиса, содержащий:
позиционирование одного конца трубчатого вводного картриджа внутри или поблизости от передней камеры глаза, при этом трубчатый вводной картридж заключает в себя резистивный нагревательный элемент, содержащий электрически резистивную сверхупругую проволоку, имеющую первый и второй концы, при этом сверхупругая проволока выполнена с возможностью включения в себя петли, причем первый и второй концы являются смежными и продолжаются от петли для образования подводящей секции;
использование рукоятки, которая входит в жесткое зацепление, по меньшей мере, с частью подводящей секции, выведение петли резистивного нагревательного элемента из трубчатого вводного картриджа в переднюю камеру глаза;
позиционирование выведенной петли в контакте с передней капсулой хрусталика глаза и электрический нагрев резистивного нагревательного элемента для выжигания капсулы хрусталика вдоль выведенной петли; и
отведение петли резистивного нагревательного элемента в трубчатый вводной картридж перед извлечением из глаза.
7. Способ по п.6, в котором позиционирование выведенной петли в контакте с передней капсулой хрусталика глаза содержит позиционирование выведенной петли в контакте с передней капсулой хрусталика глаза так, что участок подводящей секции между петлей и рукояткой изогнут на рабочий угол, приблизительно равный заданному углу, соответствующему требуемому контактному усилию.
