Abstract
Un método y aparato para la formacion de una longirud de resortes helicoidales embolsillados, conectados, para ser usados en colchones yelementos similares en el cual se calienta el alambre de una fuente de suministro a una temperatura comprendida entre 232°C y 260°C mediante uncalentador por induccion antes de espiralar el alambre. A continuacion, el alambre se espirala en caliente, se corta y enfría por debajo de unatemperatura a la que podría producirse una deformacionpermanente a partir del procesamiento ulterior del resorte. Luego, el resorte se comprimepreparándolo para su insercion en un espacio provisto por tela susceptible de ser estirada proveniente de un carrete de suministro. La tela se pliega sobresímisma para proveer el espacio. La temperatura del resorte debe ser también lo suficientemente baja como para hacer contacto con la tela sin producirquemaduras u otros danos. Luego de la insercion de un resorte comprimido en el espacio, la tela se suelda en forma ultrasonica para crear bolsillosindividuales pero conectados para cada resorte. A continuacion, los resortes se orientan para permitir que cada resorte se expanda con lo cual se crea lalongitud de resortes helicoidales embolsillados, conectados.
