Abstract
1. Электрическая машина, содержащая: ! ротор, содержащий редкоземельные постоянные магниты, удерживаемые на указанном роторе посредством цилиндрической втулки, которая удерживается посредством полосы, содержащей пакетированные кольцевые пластины, причем каждая из указанных кольцевых пластин электрически изолирована от смежной кольцевой пластины. ! 2. Электрическая машина по п.1, дополнительно содержащая противолежащую пару торцевых заглушек, выполненных с возможностью удержания в осевом направлении на указанном роторе указанных пакетированных кольцевых пластин. ! 3. Электрическая машина по п.1, дополнительно содержащая противолежащую пару торцевых заглушек, выполненных с возможностью удержания в осевом направлении на указанном роторе указанных пакетированных кольцевых пластин, причем по меньшей мере одна из указанных торцевых заглушек имеет отверстие с резьбой, выполненное с обеспечением вмещения соответствующей резьбовой крепежной детали, выполненной с возможностью прикрепления балансирующего груза, предназначенного для облегчения динамической балансировки указанного ротора в двух плоскостях. ! 4. Электрическая машина по п.1, в которой указанная цилиндрическая втулка выполнена с возможностью ослабления временных изменений магнитного поля в роторе, создаваемого указанными редкоземельными магнитами, взаимодействующими с пазами статора указанной электрической машины, когда указанный ротор вращается. ! 5. Электрическая машина по п.1, в которой указанные редкоземельные магниты включают Самарий-Кобальт. ! 6. Электрическая машина по п.1, в которой указанные редкоземельные магниты включают Неодим-Ж
Claims (15)
1. Электрическая машина, содержащая:
ротор, содержащий редкоземельные постоянные магниты, удерживаемые на указанном роторе посредством цилиндрической втулки, которая удерживается посредством полосы, содержащей пакетированные кольцевые пластины, причем каждая из указанных кольцевых пластин электрически изолирована от смежной кольцевой пластины.
2. Электрическая машина по п.1, дополнительно содержащая противолежащую пару торцевых заглушек, выполненных с возможностью удержания в осевом направлении на указанном роторе указанных пакетированных кольцевых пластин.
3. Электрическая машина по п.1, дополнительно содержащая противолежащую пару торцевых заглушек, выполненных с возможностью удержания в осевом направлении на указанном роторе указанных пакетированных кольцевых пластин, причем по меньшей мере одна из указанных торцевых заглушек имеет отверстие с резьбой, выполненное с обеспечением вмещения соответствующей резьбовой крепежной детали, выполненной с возможностью прикрепления балансирующего груза, предназначенного для облегчения динамической балансировки указанного ротора в двух плоскостях.
4. Электрическая машина по п.1, в которой указанная цилиндрическая втулка выполнена с возможностью ослабления временных изменений магнитного поля в роторе, создаваемого указанными редкоземельными магнитами, взаимодействующими с пазами статора указанной электрической машины, когда указанный ротор вращается.
5. Электрическая машина по п.1, в которой указанные редкоземельные магниты включают Самарий-Кобальт.
6. Электрическая машина по п.1, в которой указанные редкоземельные магниты включают Неодим-Железо-Бор.
7. Электрическая машина по п.1, в которой каждая из указанных кольцевых пластин имеет предельное напряжение сдвига по меньшей мере 170 кфунтов/кв.дюйм (ksi) (498 тонн/кв.см).
8. Электрическая машина по п.1, в которой каждая из указанных кольцевых пластин содержит сплав Inconel.
9. Электрическая машина по п.1, в которой каждая из указанных кольцевых пластин имеет максимальную рабочую температуру по меньшей мере 1000 F (537°C).
10. Электрическая машина по п.1, в которой указанные магниты радиально поляризованы.
11. Электрическая машина по п.1, в которой указанная электрическая машина представляет собой электрическую машину с радиальным потоком.
12. Электрическая машина по п.1, в которой указанный ротор выполнен с возможностью вращения со скоростями больше, чем 10000 об/мин.
13. Электрическая машина по п.1, в которой указанный ротор выполнен с возможностью вращения со скоростями больше, чем 100000 об/мин.
14. Электрическая машина по п.1, представляющая собой двигатель.
15. Электрическая машина по п.1, представляющая собой генератор.
