Abstract
1. Носитель для катализатора экзотермических процессов, содержащий металлический алюминий, отличающийся тем, что содержит металлический алюминий в виде смеси мелкодисперсных порошков чешуйчатого и сферического алюминия и связующий компонент в соотношении, мас.%: ! металлический алюминий 25-95 связующий компонент остальное ! 2. Носитель по п.1, отличающийся тем, что массовая доля сферического алюминия составляет 20-50% от массы смеси порошков чешуйчатого и сферического алюминия. ! 3. Носитель по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве связующего компонента содержит бемит, оксид кремния или графит. ! 4. Носитель по п.3, отличающийся тем, что связующий компонент содержит промотирующий компонент из ряда оксидов или смешанных оксидов Mg, Ca, Zn, Ba, Al, Si, Zr, Ti, Cr, Ce и/или их смеси, причем содержание промотирующего компонента составляет до 50% от массы связующего компонента. ! 5. Носитель по п.1, отличающийся тем, что представляет собой гранулы, предпочтительно цилиндры, таблетки, шарики, полученные экструзией, окатыванием, таблетированием или жидкостным формованием. ! 6. Катализатор для экзотермических процессов, отличающийся тем, что содержит активный металл из ряда Co, Fe, Ni, Ru, Rh, Pt, Pd, Cu и/или их смеси и носителя по п.1, причем содержание активного металла составляет 0,1-40% от массы катализатора. ! 7. Катализатор по п.6, отличающийся тем, что содержит промотор активного металла из ряда элементов II-IV и/или VI-VIII групп Периодической системы Д.И.Менделеева в количестве 0,1-5% от массы катализатора. ! 8. Катализатор по п.6, отличающийся тем, что в его присутствии проводят экзотермические процессы, в частности синтез Фишера-Тропша, синтез метанола, гид
Claims (8)
1. Носитель для катализатора экзотермических процессов, содержащий металлический алюминий, отличающийся тем, что содержит металлический алюминий в виде смеси мелкодисперсных порошков чешуйчатого и сферического алюминия и связующий компонент в соотношении, мас.%:
2. Носитель по п.1, отличающийся тем, что массовая доля сферического алюминия составляет 20-50% от массы смеси порошков чешуйчатого и сферического алюминия.
3. Носитель по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве связующего компонента содержит бемит, оксид кремния или графит.
4. Носитель по п.3, отличающийся тем, что связующий компонент содержит промотирующий компонент из ряда оксидов или смешанных оксидов Mg, Ca, Zn, Ba, Al, Si, Zr, Ti, Cr, Ce и/или их смеси, причем содержание промотирующего компонента составляет до 50% от массы связующего компонента.
5. Носитель по п.1, отличающийся тем, что представляет собой гранулы, предпочтительно цилиндры, таблетки, шарики, полученные экструзией, окатыванием, таблетированием или жидкостным формованием.
6. Катализатор для экзотермических процессов, отличающийся тем, что содержит активный металл из ряда Co, Fe, Ni, Ru, Rh, Pt, Pd, Cu и/или их смеси и носителя по п.1, причем содержание активного металла составляет 0,1-40% от массы катализатора.
7. Катализатор по п.6, отличающийся тем, что содержит промотор активного металла из ряда элементов II-IV и/или VI-VIII групп Периодической системы Д.И.Менделеева в количестве 0,1-5% от массы катализатора.
8. Катализатор по п.6, отличающийся тем, что в его присутствии проводят экзотермические процессы, в частности синтез Фишера-Тропша, синтез метанола, гидрирование, очистку выхлопных газов.
