Abstract
1. Система лечения пониженным давлением, содержащая: !источник пониженного давления, проточно сообщающийся с участком ткани; ! измерительное устройство, находящееся в сообщении с источником пониженного давления и предназначенное для измерения давления источника в источнике пониженного давления; и ! устройство для обработки данных, находящееся в сообщении с измерительным устройством и предназначенное для определения разности давлений между давлением источника и требуемым давлением участка ткани, причем устройство для обработки данных дополнительно находится в сообщении с источником пониженного давления, чтобы регулировать давление источника, приложенное источником пониженного давления таким образом, чтобы разность давлений не превышала (а) первую максимальную разность давлений, если между источником пониженного давления и участком ткани имеется блокировка, и (b) вторую максимальную разность давлений, если между источником пониженного давления и участком ткани нет никакой блокировки. ! 2. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая контейнер, присоединенный с возможностью проточного сообщения между участком ткани и источником пониженного давления, при этом измерительное устройство измеряет давление источника в контейнере, чтобы приблизительно определить давление на выходе источника пониженного давления. ! 3. Claims (20)
1. Система лечения пониженным давлением, содержащая:
источник пониженного давления, проточно сообщающийся с участком ткани;
измерительное устройство, находящееся в сообщении с источником пониженного давления и предназначенное для измерения давления источника в источнике пониженного давления; и
устройство для обработки данных, находящееся в сообщении с измерительным устройством и предназначенное для определения разности давлений между давлением источника и требуемым давлением участка ткани, причем устройство для обработки данных дополнительно находится в сообщении с источником пониженного давления, чтобы регулировать давление источника, приложенное источником пониженного давления таким образом, чтобы разность давлений не превышала (а) первую максимальную разность давлений, если между источником пониженного давления и участком ткани имеется блокировка, и (b) вторую максимальную разность давлений, если между источником пониженного давления и участком ткани нет никакой блокировки.
2. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая контейнер, присоединенный с возможностью проточного сообщения между участком ткани и источником пониженного давления, при этом измерительное устройство измеряет давление источника в контейнере, чтобы приблизительно определить давление на выходе источника пониженного давления.

9. Система по п.1, в которой устройство для обработки данных дополнительно предназначено для проверки наличия блокировки путем изменения давления источника и контроля за изменением давления на участке ткани.
10. Способ лечения участка ткани, включающий:
приложение пониженного давления к участку ткани с помощью источника пониженного давления;
осуществление контроля за давлением источника в источнике пониженного давления;
определение разности давлений между давлением источника и требуемым давлением участка ткани;
ограничение разности давлений первой максимальной разностью давлений, если между источником пониженного давления и участком ткани имеется блокировка; и
ограничение разности давлений второй максимальной разностью давлений, если между источником пониженного давления и участком ткани нет никакой блокировки.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором вторая максимальная разность давлений больше, чем первая максимальная разность давлений.
12. Способ по п.10, в котором первая максимальная разность давлений равняется приблизительно 50 мм рт. ст.
13. Способ по п.10, в котором вторая максимальная разность давлений равняется приблизительно 100 мм рт. ст.
14. Способ по п.10, в котором на этапе определения разности давлений дополнительно осуществляют контроль за разностью давлений.
15. Способ по п.10, в котором дополнительно увеличивают давление источника в пределах первой максимальной разности давления, чтобы попытаться снять блокировку, когда она имеется.
16. Способ по п.10, в котором дополнительно увеличивают давление источника в пределах первой максимальной разности давлений, чтобы попытаться снять блокировку, когда она имеется;
при этом, если блокировку не удается снять, подают сигнал, оповещающий о том, что имеется блокировка.
17. Способ по п.10, в котором дополнительно изменяют давление источника в пределах одной из первой и второй максимальных разностей давлений, чтобы давление на участке ткани достигало требуемого давления участка ткани.
18. Способ по п.10, в котором дополнительно определяют наличие блокировки путем изменения давления источника и контролируя непосредственно соответствующее изменение в давлении на участке ткани; и
заключают, что имеется блокировка, когда в давлении на участке ткани не происходит никакого соответствующего направленного изменения.
19. Способ по п.18, в котором изменение давления источника дополнительно включает увеличение давления источника.
20. Система лечения пониженным давлением, содержащая:
средство приложения пониженного давления к участку ткани;
средство осуществления контроля за давлением источника в средстве приложения пониженного давления;
средство определения разности давлений между давлением источника и требуемым давлением участка ткани;
средство ограничения разности давлений первой максимальной разностью давлений, если между участком ткани и средством приложения пониженного давления имеется блокировка; и
средство ограничения разности давлений второй максимальной разностью давлений, которое выше, чем первая максимальная разность давлений, если между участком ткани и средством приложения пониженного давления нет никакой блокировки.
