Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种带响自锁式钻夹头,包括有钻体、夹爪、丝母、轴承、丝母套、前套、后套,丝母套的后端设有两个弹性锁紧棘爪,轴承与钻体端面之间设有一棘轮,棘轮与钻体间隙配合,弹性锁紧棘爪始终压在棘轮上,丝母套的后端对应棘轮的位置还开有两个对称的方孔,方孔中活动装有发声弹性棘爪。锁紧时棘轮的端面与钻体产生摩擦力,棘轮将停止转动,此时丝母套带动发声弹性棘爪与棘轮产生相对位移,发出“卡、卡”的响声,弹性锁紧棘爪与棘轮上的棘齿啮合,形成自锁机构。本实用新型不会因振动或冲击使钻具松动,具有结构合理,工作稳定、使用方便,自锁性能可靠等优点,适用于各种钻具的装夹。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种钻具夹紧装置,具体地说是一种带响自锁式钻夹头。
背景技术
我们知道,现有手紧钻夹头一般由钻体、夹爪、丝母、丝母套、轴承、前套、后套组成。三个夹爪分别安装在钻体的三个等分斜孔内,丝母安装在钻体的丝母槽内,丝母与夹爪的螺纹形成螺纹传动机构,丝母套与丝母固定连接,前套与丝母或丝母套键连接,后套与钻体固定连接,钻体后部有螺纹孔或锥孔。安装使用时,钻体后部的螺纹孔与动力机具的传动轴螺杆连接,传动轴转动时驱动钻体带动三爪及所夹工具同步转动。装夹工具时,手握并相对转动前套和后套,使与前套键连接的丝母相对钻体中的夹爪转动,经丝母和夹爪的螺纹传动,使夹爪在钻体的斜孔中向前移动而夹住工具柄。现有钻夹头振动或冲击时易使钻具松动,影响工作效率,安全性差;或钻夹头有自锁机构而结构过于复杂而不易形成大批量生产。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理,具有自锁功能、工作效率高、使用安全、方便的带响自锁式钻夹头。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种带响自锁式钻夹头,包括有钻体、夹爪、丝母、轴承、丝母套、前套、后套,三个夹爪分别安装在钻体的三个等分斜孔内,丝母安装在钻体的丝母槽内,丝母与夹爪形成螺纹传动机构,丝母套与丝母固定连接,前套与丝母套键连接,其特征是:丝母套的后端设有两个弹性锁紧棘爪,轴承与钻体端面之间设有一棘轮,棘轮与钻体间隙配合,弹性锁紧棘爪始终压在棘轮上,丝母套的后端对应棘轮的位置还开有两个对称的方孔,方孔中活动装有发声弹性棘爪,两弹性棘爪在方孔内可沿圆周方向旋转一定角度。当丝母套带动丝母转动时,棘轮在锁紧棘爪的驱动下随丝母一起转动。锁紧时由于丝母的轴向压力,使棘轮的端面与钻体产生摩擦力,当摩擦力达到一定程度时,棘轮将停止转动。由于轴承处的摩擦力较小,所以丝母套将带动丝母继续旋转一定的角度,此时丝母套带动发声弹性棘爪与棘轮产生相对位移,由于发声棘爪的弹性,钻夹头此时就发出“卡、卡”的响声,弹性锁紧棘爪与棘轮上的棘齿啮合,钻夹头就锁紧了,达到自锁目的。
本实用新型由于采用上述结构,可以实现自锁,并发出“卡、卡”的响声,其操作使用方便,具有结构合理,工作稳定、使用方便,自锁性能可靠等优点,适用于各种钻具的装夹。

图中的标号是:1.钻体、2.后套、3.丝母、4.夹爪、5.丝母套、5-1.锁紧棘爪、6.前套、7.棘轮、8.轴承、9.方孔、10.发声弹性棘爪、10-1.发声棘爪,10-2.平衡棘爪。
具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型一种带响自锁式钻夹头,包括有钻体1、后套2、丝母3、夹爪4、丝母套5、前套6、轴承8。三个夹爪4分别安装在钻体1的三个等分斜孔内,丝母3安装在钻体1的丝母槽内,丝母3与夹爪4的螺纹形成螺纹传动机构,丝母套5与丝母3固定连接,前套6与丝母套5键连接,后套2与钻体1固定连接,钻体后部有螺纹孔或锥孔。上述结构以及与其相连部件的关系属已有技术,此不详述。
图1、图2还可以看出,本实用新型丝母套5的后端设有两个弹性锁紧棘爪5-1,轴承8与钻体1端面之间设有一棘轮7,棘轮7与钻体1间隙配合,弹性锁紧棘爪5-1始终压在棘轮7上,当丝母套5带动丝母3转动时,棘轮7在锁紧棘爪5-1的驱动下可以随丝母3一起转动。丝母套5的后端对应棘轮的位置还开有两个对称的方孔9,方孔9中活动装有发声弹性棘爪10,两弹性棘爪10在方孔9内可沿圆周方向旋转一定角度。
本实用新型当丝母套5带动丝母3转动时,棘轮7在锁紧棘爪5-1的驱动下可以随丝母3一起转动,锁紧时由于丝母3的轴向压力,使棘轮7的端面与钻体1产生摩擦力,当摩擦力达到一定程度时,棘轮7将停止转动。由于轴承8处的摩擦力较小,所以丝母套5将带动丝母3继续旋转一定的角度,此时丝母套5带动发声弹性棘爪10与棘轮产生相对位移,由于发声棘爪10的弹性,钻夹头此时就发出“卡、卡”的响声,这时,弹性锁紧棘爪5-1与棘轮7上的棘齿啮合,钻夹头就锁紧了,形成自锁机构,达到自锁目的。
如图2所示,丝母套5后端对称设有两个弹性锁紧棘爪5-1,弹性锁紧棘爪5-1始终压在棘轮7上。锁紧棘爪5-1设有“V”形坡角,这样,松开时,稍加用力,锁紧棘爪5-1就可在棘轮7上滑过几个齿,此时丝母3的轴向挤压力减小,使棘轮7与钻体1的摩擦力降低,棘轮7将随丝母套5一起转动,钻夹头就松开了。
如图2所示,丝母套5的后端对应棘轮的位置设有两个对称的方孔9,方孔9中活动装有发声弹性棘爪10,两发声弹性棘爪10在方孔内可沿圆周方向旋转一定角度。两发声弹性棘爪可以一个为发声棘爪10-1,用来发声,另一个为平衡棘爪10-2,用来平衡发声棘爪的力量。两棘爪在方孔内可沿圆周方向旋转一定角度,所以棘爪均可在棘轮上滑过几个齿。这样可以方便松开锁紧。
本实用新型具有自锁功能,可以实现自锁,并发出“卡、卡”的响声,不会因振动或冲击使钻具松动,具有结构合理,工作稳定、使用方便,自锁性能可靠等优点,适用于各种钻具的装夹。

Claims (2)

1、一种带响自锁式钻夹头,包括有钻体、夹爪、丝母、轴承、丝母套、前套、后套,三个夹爪分别安装在钻体的三个等分斜孔内,丝母安装在钻体的丝母槽内,丝母与夹爪形成螺纹传动机构,丝母套与丝母固定连接,前套与丝母套键连接,其特征是:丝母套的后端设有两个弹性锁紧棘爪,轴承与钻体端面之间设有一棘轮,棘轮与钻体间隙配合,弹性锁紧棘爪始终压在棘轮上,丝母套的后端对应棘轮的位置还开有两个对称的方孔,方孔中活动装有发声弹性棘爪,两弹性棘爪在方孔内可沿圆周方向旋转一定角度。
2、如权利要求1所述的带响自锁式钻夹头,其特征是:弹性锁紧棘爪设有“V”形坡角。
