Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种锁紧式钻夹头,包括有钻体、夹爪、丝母、后套、前套、丝母套,三个夹爪分别安装在钻体中三个等分的斜孔内,丝母与安装在钻体斜孔中的夹爪啮合,丝母套与丝母固定联接,钻体的前端设有一与钻体过盈配合的内齿环,丝母套前端设有若干组弹性元件,前套内壁设有若干个凹槽,利用前套上的凹槽控制丝母套上弹性元件的定位状态,锁紧棘爪与内齿环的单向齿形成锁紧机构,阻止夹头在冲击使用中松开钻头。本实用新型具有可靠的锁紧功能,不会因冲击或振动使钻具松动,具有结构合理、外形小、工作稳定、使用方便、锁紧性能稳定可靠等优点,适用于各种冲击手电钻等钻具。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种钻具夹紧装置,具体地说是一种锁紧式钻夹头。
背景技术
我们知道,现有的钻夹头一般由钻体、夹爪、丝母、外套等组成,外套又可包括前套、后套,手紧式夹头增加了轴承和轴承垫来减小摩擦。其中后套、轴承垫分别过盈连接在钻体上,三个夹爪分别安装在钻体上的三个等分的斜孔内,丝母安装在钻体的丝母槽内,丝母与夹爪上的螺纹配合形成螺纹传动机构,丝母外部还可设有丝母套,丝母套与丝母过盈配合,丝母套外设有前套,前套内壁设有键,丝母套上设有键槽,前套与丝母套经键相连接,为防止前套串动,在钻体前端过盈联接挡盖,使用时,手拧前套旋转,前套经丝母套带动丝母转动,丝母经螺纹带动夹爪在钻体上的斜孔内前后移动,从而使三爪张开或闭合,以达到松开或夹紧钻具的目的,上述结构的不足是,钻夹头在工作时,由于振动或冲击,钻夹头易松动,严重影响工作效率,安全性差。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理,锁紧功能强,操作使用省力、方便,夹持和锁紧可靠的锁紧式钻夹头。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种锁紧式钻夹头,包括有钻体、夹爪、丝母、丝母套、前套、后套,钻体后端设有与驱动工具的驱动轴接合的轴向孔,外部与后套连接固定,三个夹爪分别安装在钻体中三个等分的斜孔内,丝母与安装在钻体斜孔中的夹爪啮合,丝母套与丝母固定联接,其特征是:钻体的前端设有一与钻体过盈配合的内齿环,丝母套前端设有若干组弹性元件,弹性元件上设有弹性定位爪、弹性锁紧定位爪、锁紧棘爪,前套内壁设有若干个凹槽,利用前套上的凹槽控制丝母套上弹性元件的定位状态,锁紧棘爪与内齿环的棘齿啮合,形成锁紧机构。
本实用新型由于采用上述结构,丝母套的锁紧棘爪与钻体前部的内齿环的齿直接联接,实现了其独有的稳定锁紧功能。当夹紧工具钻柄时,前套和丝母套发生相对转动,利用前套上的凹槽控制丝母套上的弹性元件打开或关闭,与内齿环上的棘齿形成锁紧机构,达到锁紧目的。本实用新型结构合理,装配方便、性能稳定、省力、容易,工作可靠等优点,适用于各种钻具的装夹。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型是一种锁紧式钻夹头,包括有钻体1、后套2、丝母3、夹爪4、丝母套5、前套6、轴承7、卡簧8、内齿环9。三个夹爪4分别安装在钻体1的三个等分斜孔内,丝母3安装在钻体1的丝母槽内,丝母3与夹爪4的螺纹形成螺纹传动机构,丝母套5与丝母3固定联接,过盈配合成一体,后套2与钻体1固定联接,上述结构及与其相连部件的关系属已有技术,此不详述。
从图2还可以看出,本实用新型前套6和丝母套5中间设有内齿环9,内齿环9过盈联接固定在钻体1前端,内齿环9上设有棘齿,具体的说内齿环9内侧下端设有若干带有角度的棘齿,其可以与若干弹性元件的锁紧棘爪啮合联接。本实用新型前套内壁设有若干个凹槽,包括有前套的松开状态定位槽6-1、前套的锁紧状态定位槽6-2、前套的锁紧定位槽6-3。
如图3、图4所示,丝母套5前端设有若干组弹性元件,弹性元件和丝母套5一体结构。弹性元件上设有弹性定位爪5-1、弹性锁紧定位爪5-3、锁紧棘爪5-2。丝母套上端面径向设有若干向下翻边的键槽5-4,其与外套若干键配合,完成一定扭矩有效地传递给螺母。本实用新型前套和丝母套5之间可有相对转动量。本实用新型丝母套有两种作用,一是丝母套与丝母过盈配合成一体,另一种是丝母套的锁紧棘爪与钻体前部的内齿环的齿直接联接,实现了其独有的稳定锁紧功能,使产品趋于更加可靠的工作状态。
本实用新型内齿环9固定在钻体1前端,丝母套5的锁紧棘爪5-2与内齿环9的齿相啮合,前套6与丝母套5之间设有相对转动的间隙,前套的小口端内圆壁设有轴向凹槽,与丝母套5的弹性定位爪5-1和弹性锁紧定位爪5-3相配合,转动前套6,通过前套小口端内侧一松开状态定位槽6-1与丝母套5的弹性定位爪5-1的定位联接,在无阻力的情况下,带动丝母3转动,使夹爪4前移接近被夹持的工具,同时丝母套5的弹性定位爪5-1相连的弹性锁紧定位爪5-3处于受压状态,锁紧棘爪5-2处于脱离锁紧状态,由前套6带动同步转动;当夹爪4刃口接触被夹工具表面后,力矩输入逐渐增加,夹持住工具,此时,丝母3与丝母套5不动,前套6的受力大于丝母套5一端的弹性定位爪5-1的弹力,前套6转动,弹性定位爪5-1脱开前套一松开状态定位槽6-1到另外一锁紧状态定位槽6-2,弹性锁紧定位爪5-3脱开前套的小口端内园壁的非锁紧槽位置移动到锁紧定位槽6-3位置,同时,前套的驱动键转到丝母套键槽的另一夹紧侧,锁紧棘爪5-2开始和钻体前端的内齿环的齿接触,而形成锁紧状态,随着前套6的外力增大,当大于丝母3的各种阻力,丝母3会继续前进,丝母套5亦转动,处于锁紧状态的锁紧棘爪5-2从一个齿弹到另外一个齿,会发出“咔咔”的声音,当前套6输入力矩达到一定数值范围后,丝母3不在转动,处于锁紧状态的若干锁紧棘爪5-2卡在内齿环9的若干单向齿槽中,因为多个爪和多个齿相啮合,冲击过程中,会更可靠,由此实现了可靠的锁紧状态。
松开时,反转前套6,前套6内侧中上部一锁紧状态定位槽6-2驱动丝母套5的弹性定位爪5-1,同时丝母套5的弹性定位爪5-1的另一侧锁紧棘爪5-2处于锁紧状态,阻止松开,当反转前套6的力矩大于丝母套5的弹性定位爪5-1的弹力,前套6转动,弹性定位爪5-1脱开前套6的锁紧状态定位槽6-2到另外一松开状态定位槽6-1,同时,弹性锁紧定位爪5-3脱开前套6的中上部的锁紧定位槽6-3位置移动到非锁紧位置,锁紧棘爪5-2处于受压状态脱离内齿环9的单向齿槽,同时,前套6的驱动键转到丝母套5键槽的另一松开侧,锁紧棘爪5-2受压开始和钻体1前端的内齿环9的齿脱离接触,而形成松开锁状态,继续反转前套,当外力达到一定的数值后,丝母3转动,夹爪4缩退,松开被夹持工具。
本实用新型具有自锁功能,不会因振动或冲击使钻具松动,具有结构合理可靠、使用方便、自锁性能稳定、耐高强度的冲击等优点,广泛适用于各种钻具的装夹,特别适用于冲击钻具。

Claims (4)

1、一种锁紧式钻夹头,包括有钻体、夹爪、丝母、丝母套、前套、后套,钻体后端设有与驱动工具的驱动轴接合的轴向孔,外部与后套连接固定,三个夹爪分别安装在钻体中三个等分的斜孔内,丝母与安装在钻体斜孔中的夹爪啮合,丝母套与丝母固定联接,其特征是:钻体的前端设有一与钻体过盈配合的内齿环,丝母套前端设有若干组弹性元件,弹性元件上设有弹性定位爪、弹性锁紧定位爪、锁紧棘爪,前套内壁设有若干个凹槽,利用前套上的凹槽控制丝母套上弹性元件的定位状态,锁紧棘爪与内齿环的棘齿形成锁紧机构。
2、如权利要求1所述的锁紧式钻夹头,其特征是:前套内壁凹槽包括有松开状态定位槽、锁紧状态定位槽、锁紧定位槽。
3、如权利要求1所述的锁紧式钻夹头,其特征是:内齿环内侧下端设有若干带有角度的棘齿,其与若干弹性元件的锁紧棘爪啮合联接。
4、如权利要求1所述的锁紧式钻夹头,其特征是:丝母套上端面径向设有若干向下翻边的键槽,其与外套若干键配合。
