Abstract
本发明涉及一种自锁钻夹头,包括有钻体、夹爪、丝母、外套件,三个夹爪分别安装在钻体中三个等分的斜孔内,丝母与安装在钻体斜孔中的夹爪啮合,钻体止推面和丝母之间设有一可转动的齿轮,齿轮和丝母之间设有滚动体,丝母外部连接固定一环形驱动件,环形驱动件上沿圆周设有若干个承力连接键或连接槽以与外套件内壁上相对应的驱动槽或驱动键接合,保证它们之间没有轴向运动,并且环形驱动件或外套件内壁上设有若干个弹性爪,弹性爪与可转动的齿轮啮合。本发明具有自锁功能,使用时不会因振动或冲击使钻具松动,具有结构合理,性能稳定,工作可靠,使用安全等优点,适用于各种钻具的装夹。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钻具夹紧装置,具体地说是一种自锁钻夹头。
背景技术
我们知道,现有的钻夹头一般由钻体、夹爪、丝母、外套等组成,外套又可包括前套、后套,后套、轴承垫分别过盈连接在钻体上,三个夹爪分别安装在钻体上的三个等分的斜孔内,丝母安装在钻体的丝母槽内,丝母与夹爪上的螺纹配合形成螺纹传动机构,丝母外部还可设有丝母套,丝母套与丝母过盈配合,丝母套外设有前套,前套内壁设有键,丝母套上设有键槽,前套与丝母套经键相连接,为防止前套串动,在钻体前端过盈联接挡盖,使用时,手拧前套旋转,前套经丝母套带动丝母转动,丝母经螺纹带动夹爪在钻体上的斜孔内前后移动,从而使三爪张开或闭合,以达到松开或夹紧钻具的目的,上述结构的不足是,钻夹头在工作时,由于振动或冲击,钻夹头易松动,严重影响工作效率,安全性差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理,具有自锁功能、工作效率高、使用安全、快捷的自锁钻夹头。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种自锁钻夹头,包括有钻体、夹爪、丝母、外套件,钻体后端设有与驱动工具的驱动轴接合的轴向孔,三个夹爪分别安装在钻体中三个等分的斜孔内,丝母与安装在钻体斜孔中的夹爪啮合,其特征在于钻体止推面和丝母之间设有一可转动的齿轮,齿轮和丝母之间设有滚动体,丝母外部连接固定一环形驱动件,环形驱动件上沿圆周设有若干个承力连接键或连接槽以与外套件内壁上相对应的驱动槽或驱动键接合,保证它们之间没有轴向运动,并且环形驱动件或外套件内壁上设有若干个弹性爪,所述弹性爪与可转动的齿轮啮合,以推动齿轮转动。
本发明所述外套件是可选择的,可以是手紧钻夹头的前套,也可以是扳手钻夹头的外套。外套件内壁还设有环形连接槽。所述环形驱动件上承力连接键端部设有连接部,用于和环形连接槽连接,保证它们之间无轴向运动。
本发明由于采用上述结构,外套件可以带动环形驱动件和丝母相对钻体转动,丝母经螺纹带动夹爪在钻体上的斜孔内前后移动,从而使三爪张开或闭合,以达到松开或夹紧钻具的目的。特别是弹性爪与设置在钻体止推面和丝母之间的可转动的齿轮啮合,夹紧过程初期,齿轮、滚动体随着环形驱动件等相对钻体转动,当齿轮与钻体止推面间的滑动摩擦力大于弹性爪对齿轮所施加的圆周方向分力时,齿轮与钻体止推面开始相对静止。继续加力转动外套件时,滚动体相对齿轮开始滚动,丝母相对齿轮也开始转动,夹紧力转化到丝母上的轴向力通过滚动体和齿轮传递到钻体止推面上,直到锁紧不动,达到自锁的目的。松开时,只要反向转动外套件,由于滚动摩擦力远小于同样受力条件下的滑动摩擦力,因此,在外套件驱动下,环形驱动件的弹性爪先相对齿轮轮齿运动并退让,而先使丝母相对齿轮转动,之后,由于丝母和齿轮及钻体的轴向压力减少,齿轮与钻体止推面间的滑动摩擦力随之减少,外套件带着环形驱动件、丝母、弹性爪和齿轮开始一同转动到完全松开钻具,松卸省力、容易。本发明克服了现在钻夹头无锁紧装置或锁紧不方便的不足,其操作使用快捷、方便,具有结构合理,装配方便、性能稳定、工作可靠等优点,适用于各种钻具的装夹。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本发明一种自锁钻夹头,其设有钻体1、丝母2、夹爪3、外套等,钻体后端设有与驱动工具的驱动轴接合的轴向孔,三个夹爪3分别安装在钻体1中三个等分的斜孔内,丝母2与安装在钻体斜孔中的夹爪3啮合,外套包括前套5、后套4,上述组成、结构以及与其相连部件的关系属已有技术,此不详述。
本自锁钻夹头的特点在于钻体1止推面和丝母2之间设有一可转动的齿轮6,该齿轮可相对钻体和丝母运动。齿轮和丝母之间设有一滚动体9,丝母外部连接固定一环形驱动件7,环形驱动件7与外套件——前套5接合。
本自锁钻夹头所述外套件——前套5内壁设有若干个沿圆周分布的驱动槽5-1,用于和环形驱动件上的承力连接键7-1接合,驱动环形驱动件随其一起转动,外套件——前套5内壁还设有环形连接槽5-2,如图10所示,其前端还设有金属锥壳体8。
从图3、图4所示,所述环形驱动件沿圆周上可以设有若干个承力连接键7-1,承力连接键端部设有连接部7-2,用于和环形连接槽连接,保证它们之间无轴向运动。环形驱动件沿圆周上还设有若干个弹性爪7-3,用于和可转动的齿轮啮合。本发明所述弹性爪爪尖部两侧型面和爪尖与齿轮中心连线分别成20°-60°角,齿轮齿形与弹性爪爪尖型面对应,如图8、图9所示。
本发明弹性爪也可单独设置在外套件内壁上,如图10、图11所示。与之相对应的环形驱动件如图5、图6所示,所述环形驱动件沿圆周上可以设有若干个承力连接键7-1,承力连接键端部设有连接部7-2,用于和环形连接槽连接,保证它们之间无轴向运动。
图7是本发明又一种环形驱动件的结构示意图,如图7所示,其沿圆周上设有若干个弹性爪7-3,而无承力连接键7-1,相应地其可以设有承力连接槽,用于和前套上的驱动键接合。
本发明工作时,外套件——前套5可以带动环形驱动件7和丝母2相对钻体转动,丝母2经螺纹带动夹爪3在钻体1上的斜孔内前后移动。特别是弹性爪7-3与设置在钻体止推面和丝母之间的可转动的齿轮6啮合,夹紧过程初期,齿轮6、滚动体9随着环形驱动件7等相对钻体1转动,当齿轮6与钻体1止推面间的滑动摩擦力大于弹性爪对齿轮所施加的圆周方向分力时,齿轮与钻体止推面开始相对静止。继续加力转动外套件时,滚动体相对齿轮开始滚动,丝母相对齿轮也开始转动,夹紧力转化到丝母上的轴向力通过滚动体和齿轮传递到钻体止推面上,直到锁紧不动,达到自锁的目的。松开时,只要反向转动外套件,由于滚动摩擦力远小于同样受力条件下的滑动摩擦力,因此,在外套件驱动下,环形驱动件的弹性爪先相对齿轮轮齿运动并退让,而先使丝母相对齿轮转动,之后,由于丝母和齿轮及钻体的轴向压力减少,齿轮与钻体止推面间的滑动摩擦力随之减少,外套件带着环形驱动件、丝母、弹性爪和齿轮开始一同转动到完全松开钻具,松卸省力、容易。
本发明同样适用于扳手自锁钻夹头,其主要组成和结构及工作过程与前述自锁钻夹头基本相同,也应属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明具有锁紧功能,使用快捷,方便,不会因振动或冲击使钻具松动,具有结构合理、装配方便、性能稳定、工作可靠、使用安全等优点,适用于各种钻具的装夹。
Claims (6)
1、一种自锁钻夹头,包括有钻体、夹爪、丝母、外套件,钻体后端设有与驱动工具的驱动轴接合的轴向孔,三个夹爪分别安装在钻体中三个等分的斜孔内,丝母与安装在钻体斜孔中的夹爪啮合,其特征在于钻体止推面和丝母之间设有一可转动的齿轮,齿轮和丝母之间设有滚动体,丝母外部连接固定一环形驱动件,环形驱动件上沿圆周设有若干个承力连接键或连接槽以与外套件内壁上相对应的驱动槽或驱动键接合,保证它们之间没有轴向运动,并且环形驱动件或外套件内壁上设有若干个弹性爪,所述弹性爪与可转动的齿轮啮合,以推动齿轮转动。
2、如权利要求1所述的自锁钻夹头,其特征在于所说的外套件内壁设有环形连接槽。
3、如权利要求1所述的自锁钻夹头,其特征在于所说的环形驱动件上的承力连接键端部设有连接部。
4、如权利要求1所述的自紧钻夹头,其特征在于所说的弹性爪爪尖部两侧型面和爪尖与齿轮中心连线分别成20°-60°角。。
5、如权利要求1所述的自紧钻夹头,其特征在于所说的外套前部设有金属锥壳体。
6、如权利要求1所述的自紧钻夹头,其特征在于所说的滚动体是一轴承总成。
