Abstract
1. Композиция, по существу, не включающая ментол, содержащая ! по меньшей мере одно соединение, способное обеспечивать характеристику ментола "назальное действие", ! по меньшей мере одно соединение, способное обеспечивать характеристику ментола "аромат", ! по меньшей мере одно соединение, способное обеспечивать характеристику ментола "холодящий эффект", и ! по меньшей мере одно соединение, способное обеспечивать характеристику ментола "мятный вкус". ! 2. Композиция по п.1, в которой "назальное действие" обеспечивается одним или больше из ментона, изоментона, камфары и эвкалиптола. ! 3. Композиция по п.1, в которой "аромат" обеспечивается одним или больше из эвкалиптола, камфары, борнеола, фенхона, ментона и изоментона. ! 4. Композиция по п.1, в которой "холодящий эффект" обеспечивается одним или больше из изопулегола, мономентилсукцината и ментиллактата. ! 5. Композиция по п.1, в которой "мятный вкус" обеспечивается одним или больше из ментона, изоментона, борнеола, фенхона, эвкалипта, дукалиптола, этилбензоата, неоментола, d-фенхона, фурфурилиденбутирата, фракций бучу, шалфейного масла, масла полевой мяты, розмарина, мономентилсукцината, амилсалицилата, эвгенола, феллендрена, пропилфуроата, этил-3-гидроксибутирата, гексилвалерата, анизилпропионата, анизилбутирата, дигидрокарвеола и мускатного шалфея. ! 6. Композиция по п.1, содержащая ментон и изоментон в количестве от примерно 15 до примерно 25 мас.%. ! 7. Композиция по п.1, содержащая мономентилсукцинат и метиллактат в количестве от примерно 15 до примерно 30 мас.%. ! 8. Композиция по п.1, содержащая виридифлораль или другой фиксатор в количестве от примерно 3 до примерно 6 мас.%. ! 9. Композиц�
Claims (16)
1. Композиция, по существу, не включающая ментол, содержащая
по меньшей мере одно соединение, способное обеспечивать характеристику ментола "назальное действие",
по меньшей мере одно соединение, способное обеспечивать характеристику ментола "аромат",
по меньшей мере одно соединение, способное обеспечивать характеристику ментола "холодящий эффект", и
по меньшей мере одно соединение, способное обеспечивать характеристику ментола "мятный вкус".
2. Композиция по п.1, в которой "назальное действие" обеспечивается одним или больше из ментона, изоментона, камфары и эвкалиптола.
3. Композиция по п.1, в которой "аромат" обеспечивается одним или больше из эвкалиптола, камфары, борнеола, фенхона, ментона и изоментона.
4. Композиция по п.1, в которой "холодящий эффект" обеспечивается одним или больше из изопулегола, мономентилсукцината и ментиллактата.
5. Композиция по п.1, в которой "мятный вкус" обеспечивается одним или больше из ментона, изоментона, борнеола, фенхона, эвкалипта, дукалиптола, этилбензоата, неоментола, d-фенхона, фурфурилиденбутирата, фракций бучу, шалфейного масла, масла полевой мяты, розмарина, мономентилсукцината, амилсалицилата, эвгенола, феллендрена, пропилфуроата, этил-3-гидроксибутирата, гексилвалерата, анизилпропионата, анизилбутирата, дигидрокарвеола и мускатного шалфея.
6. Композиция по п.1, содержащая ментон и изоментон в количестве от примерно 15 до примерно 25 мас.%.
7. Композиция по п.1, содержащая мономентилсукцинат и метиллактат в количестве от примерно 15 до примерно 30 мас.%.
8. Композиция по п.1, содержащая виридифлораль или другой фиксатор в количестве от примерно 3 до примерно 6 мас.%.
9. Композиция по п.1, содержащая изопулегол в количестве от примерно 3 до примерно 6 мас.%.
10. Композиция по п.1, содержащая холодящий агент выбранный из группы, состоящей из:
(1) соединения, представленного формулой (I):
в которой R и R обозначают каждый атом водорода или гидроксильную группу, обозначает простую связь или двойную связь, причем это определение применимо тут и далее,
(2) соединения, представленного формулой (II):
в которой R4 обозначает атом водорода или метильную группу; R5 обозначает атом водорода, низшую алькильную группу или 2-алкоксиэтильную группу,
(3) соединения, представленного формулой (III):
в которой n обозначает целое число от 1 до 10,
(4) соединения, представленнонр формулой (IV):
в которой R6 обозначает атом водорода, линейную или разветвленную алкильную или алкенильную группу, или линейную или разветвленную гидроксиалкильную группу, и
(5) соединения, представленного формулой (V):
в которой R50 и R11, взятые вместе, представляют собой алкиленовую группу, содержащую до 6 атомов углерода, противоположные концы которой присоединены к атому азота амида, тем самым образуя азотсодержащий гетероцикл, углеродная цепь которого может необязательно быть прервана кислородом;
R7 представляет собой водород или С1-С5 алкил; и
R8 и R9 обозначают каждый С1-С5 алкил;
при условии, что
(i) R7, R8 и R9 вместе содержат в общем по меньшей мере 5 атомов углерода; и
(ii) если R7 представляет собой водород, то R8 обозначает С2-С5 алкил и R9 обозначает С3-С5 алкил, и по меньшей мере один из R7 и R8 является развлетвленным.
11. Жевательная резинка по любому из пп.1-10.
12. Кондитерское изделие по любому из пп.1-10.
13. Способ обеспечения физиологического ощущения, по существу такого же, как ощущение, вызываемое ментолом на коже или слизистой оболочке, включающий нанесение на кожу или слизистую оболочку композиции по любому из пп.1-12.
14. Композиция, по существу, не включающая ментол, обеспечивающая, по существу, такое же физиологическое ощущение, как и композиция, содержащая ментол, причем указанная композиция содержит:
ментон в количестве от примерно 10 до примерно 25 мас.%;
изоментон в количестве от примерно 10 до примерно 25 мас.%;
изопулегол в количестве от примерно 2,5 до примерно 15 мас.%;
мономентилсукцинат в количестве от примерно 15 до примерно 25 мас.%; и
ментиллактат в количестве от примерно 5 до примерно 30 мас.%.
15. Композиция, по существу не включающая ментол, обеспечивающая, по существу, такое же физиологическое ощущение, как и композиция, содержащая ментол, причем указанная композиция содержит:
ментон в количестве от примерно 10 до примерно 25 мас.%;
изоментон в количестве от примерно 10 до примерно 25 мас.%;
изопулегол в количестве от примерно 2,5 до примерно 15 мас.%;
мономентилсукцинат в количестве от примерно 15 до примерно 25 мас.%;
ментиллактат в количестве от примерно 5 до примерно 30 мас.%;
эвкалиптол в количестве от примерно 1,0 до примерно 2,0 мас.%; и
камфару в количестве от примерно 1,0 до примерно 2,0 мас.%.
16. Композиция по п.15, далее включающая виридифлораль в количестве от примерно 2,0 до примерно 10 мас.%.
