Abstract
1. Способ получения смеси масла, включающий: ! (i) деасфальтизацию нефтяного вакуумного остатка для получения деасфальтированного масла, ! (i) необязательное удаление из деасфальтированного масла ароматического экстракта экстракцией растворителем; и ! (iii) смешивание удаленного из деасфальтированного масла ароматического экстракта, полученного экстракцией растворителем в (ii) с парафиновым основным маслом, отличающийся тем, что парафиновое основное масло получают олигомеризацией олефинов с более низким молекулярным весом в изо-парафины с желательной вязкостью или гидроизомеризацией парафинового воска, полученного на стадии синтеза Фишера-Тропша и депарафинизацией остаточной фракции, выделенной из стоков указанного процесса гидроизомеризации. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что включает проведение стадии депарафинизации растворителем смеси, полученной на стадии (iii) или смеси деасфальтированного масла, полученного в (i) и/или ароматического экстракта, полученного в (ii), с компонентом-предшественником парафинового основного масла для получения смеси депарафинизированного масла. ! 3. Смесь масла, полученная способом по пп.1 и 2, которая содержит компонент парафинового основного масла и более 40 мас.% нефтяного остатка и компонента деасфальтированного масла. ! 4. Смесь масла по п.3, в которой кинематическая вязкость смеси при 100°С более 25 мм /с. ! 5. Смесь масла по п.3, в которой кинематическая вязкость смеси при 100°С менее 40 мм2/с. ! 6. Смесь масла по п.3, в которой вязкость компонента парафинового основного масла при 100°С составляет 8-25 мм2/с. ! 7. Смесь масла по п.3, в которой нефтяной остаток и компонент деасфальтированного �
Claims (15)
1. Способ получения смеси масла, включающий:
(i) деасфальтизацию нефтяного вакуумного остатка для получения деасфальтированного масла,
(i) необязательное удаление из деасфальтированного масла ароматического экстракта экстракцией растворителем; и
(iii) смешивание удаленного из деасфальтированного масла ароматического экстракта, полученного экстракцией растворителем в (ii) с парафиновым основным маслом, отличающийся тем, что парафиновое основное масло получают олигомеризацией олефинов с более низким молекулярным весом в изо-парафины с желательной вязкостью или гидроизомеризацией парафинового воска, полученного на стадии синтеза Фишера-Тропша и депарафинизацией остаточной фракции, выделенной из стоков указанного процесса гидроизомеризации.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что включает проведение стадии депарафинизации растворителем смеси, полученной на стадии (iii) или смеси деасфальтированного масла, полученного в (i) и/или ароматического экстракта, полученного в (ii), с компонентом-предшественником парафинового основного масла для получения смеси депарафинизированного масла.
3. Смесь масла, полученная способом по пп.1 и 2, которая содержит компонент парафинового основного масла и более 40 мас.% нефтяного остатка и компонента деасфальтированного масла.
4. Смесь масла по п.3, в которой кинематическая вязкость смеси при 100°С более 25 мм /с.
5. Смесь масла по п.3, в которой кинематическая вязкость смеси при 100°С менее 40 мм2/с.
6. Смесь масла по п.3, в которой вязкость компонента парафинового основного масла при 100°С составляет 8-25 мм2/с.
7. Смесь масла по п.3, в которой нефтяной остаток и компонент деасфальтированного масла имеет температуру застывания ниже -3°С, индекс вязкости 70-85 и содержит 60-85 мас.% полярных соединений по IP 368.
8. Смесь масла по п.3, в которой индекс вязкости компонента парафинового основного масла составляет 125-180.
9. Смесь масла по п.3, в которой содержание полярных соединений в смеси ниже 60 мас.% по IP 368.
10. Смесь масла по п.3, в которой разница в температуре помутнения и температуре застывания компонента парафинового основного масла более 25°С и в которой разница в температуре помутнения и температуре застывания смеси основного масла менее 25°С.
11. Композиция цилиндрового масла для применения в проточной смазочной системе низкооборотных двигателей, включающая (i) смесь, которую получают способом по пп.1 и 2 и (ii), одну или более присадок, выбранную из дисперсантов, сверхосновных детергентов, улучшителей вязкости, загустителей, пассиваторов металлов, агентов для связывания кислоты и антиоксиданты.
12. Цилиндровое масло по п.11, в котором масло содержит сверхосновной детергент, а кинематическая вязкость композиции цилиндрового масла при 100°С составляет 12-22 мм2/с.
13. Композиция резины, включающая
a) по меньшей мере, один каучук, компонент каучука или их смесь,
b) смесь масла по пп.3-9, в диапазоне 0,5-50 мас.% по отношению к весу композиции резины и необязательно, по меньшей мере, один компонент выбранный из:
c) армирующих наполнителей,
d) сшивающих агентов и/или сшивающих добавок,
e) неорганических наполнителей и
f) восков и/или антиоксидантов.
14. Профилированные изделия из наполненного каучука по п.13.
15. Применение смеси основного масла по пп.3-9 в качестве смазки в (bunberry) миксерах, вспомогательного масла в печатных красках, вспомогательного масла в присадках, связующего для песка при литье металлов, вспомогательного масла в газовой саже, наполнителя в изолирующих материалах проводов и кабелей, связующего для пыли.
