Abstract
【解決手段】(i)鉱物誘導真空残留物を脱アスファルトして脱アスファルト油を得る工程、(ii)任意に脱アスファルト油から溶剤抽出法により芳香族抽出物を抽出する工程、及び(iii)工程(i)で得られた脱アスファルト油、又は工程(ii)で得られた芳香族抽出物をパラフィン基油とブレンドする工程を含む油ブレンドの製造法、該方法で得られる油ブレンド及びその用途。

Description
(i)鉱物誘導真空残留物を脱アスファルトして脱アスファルト油を得る工程、(ii)任意に脱アスファルト油から溶剤抽出法により芳香族抽出物を抽出する工程、及び
(iii)工程(i)で得られた脱アスファルト油、又は工程(ii)で得られた芳香族抽出物をパラフィン基油とブレンドする工程、
を含む油ブレンドの製造方法が提供される。
油ブレンドの100℃での動粘度は25mm2/秒を超えることが好ましい。この粘度は50mm2/秒未満であることが好ましい。ブレンドの粘度指数は、好ましくは50を超え、更に好ましくは60〜95である。ブレンドの成分は非常に誘導し易いので、このブレンドは非常に魅力的である。ブレンド中に存在する、溶剤抽出処理を受けないか、或いは少なくとも極めて厳格な溶剤抽出処理を受けなかった脱アスファルト油成分が使用できることが見出された。したがって、ブレンドの脱アスファルト油成分は、GB−A−1496045の方法を用いた場合よりも簡単に製造できる。脱アスファルト油成分にほぼパラフィン性の基油をブレンドすると、溶剤抽出を低減し又は省略してこれら種類の生成物に高粘度指数も有する高粘稠油が得られることが見出された。
この方法は一般に
(a)フィッシャー・トロプシュ蝋を水素化分解/水素化異性化する工程、
(b)工程(a)の生成物から蒸留残留物を分離する工程、及び
(c)蒸留残留物を脱蝋してパラフィン基油を得る工程、更に任意に
(d)パラフィン基油を再蒸留して、所望粘度の残留物パラフィン系基油が得られるように、軽質末端を除去する工程、
を含む、フィッシャー・トロプシュ蝋を得るためのフィッシャー・トロプシュ合成法、水素化異性化工程及び残留物フラクションの流動点降下工程からなる。
この触媒は、溶液からこれら金属を支持体上に同時に含浸し、100〜150℃で乾燥し、次いで空気中、200〜550℃で焼成して製造される。第VIII族金属は約15重量%以下、好ましくは1〜12重量%の量で存在し、一方、第IB族金属は、通常、これより少量、第VIII族金属に対して、例えば1:2〜約1:20の重量比の量で存在する。

工程(c)の流出流からは、直接、所要の粘度で製造された所望のパラフィン系基油が得られる。必要ならば、工程(d)において、前記特定の粘度要件に適合するよう、蒸留により低沸点化合物を除去してよい。
本発明の油ブレンドは、TDAE(処理した蒸留物芳香族抽出物)、ナフテン系及びパラフィン系プロセス油のような各種現存のプロセス油が使用されているプロセス油として有利に使用できる。
a)少なくとも1種の、ゴム、ゴム成分又はそれらの混合物と、
b)請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の基油ブレンドをゴム組成物の重量に対し0.5〜50重量%と、任意に
c)補強剤、
d)架橋剤及び/又は架橋助剤、
e)無機充填剤、及び
f)蝋及び/又は酸化防止剤、
から選ばれた少なくとも1種の成分と、
を含むゴム組成物に関する。
更に本発明は、前記油ブレンドを、バンバリーミキサーのニーダー油として、印刷インクの担体油として、及び添加剤用担体油として、金属鋳造用砂バインダーとして、印刷インク用カーボンブラックの製造においてプロセス油として、電線及び電気ケーブルの絶縁材料においてプロセス油として、またダストバインダー油として使用する方法も提供する。
本発明を以下の非限定的実施例により説明する。
第1表に挙げた基油を用いて油ブレンドA〜Dを製造した。ブレンドはいずれも室温(20℃)で透明で明色であった。これらブレンドの特性を第3表に挙げる。
第1表の曇ったパラフィン系基油は、以下の方法で得た。水素異性化したフィッシャー・トロプシュ蝋から、第2表に挙げた特性を有する蒸留残留物を単離した。
第3表は本発明ブレンドの特性を示す。
Claims (15)
- (i)鉱物誘導真空残留物を脱アスファルトして脱アスファルト油を得る工程、(ii)任意に脱アスファルト油から溶剤抽出法により芳香族抽出物を抽出する工程、及び
(iii)工程(i)で得られた脱アスファルト油、又は工程(ii)で得られた芳香族抽出物をパラフィン基油とブレンドする工程、
を含む油ブレンドの製造方法。 - 更に、工程(iii)で得られたブレンド、又は工程(i)で得られた脱アスファルト油及び/又は工程(ii)で得られた芳香族抽出物とパラフィン基油前駆体成分との混合物ブレンドに対し溶剤脱蝋工程を行なって、脱蝋油ブレンドを得る工程を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- パラフィン基油成分と、40重量%を超える鉱物誘導残留物脱アスファルト油成分とを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法で得られる油ブレンド。
- ブレンドの100℃での動粘度が25mm2/秒を超える請求項3に記載の油ブレンド。
- ブレンドの100℃での動粘度が40mm2/秒未満である請求項3に記載の油ブレンド。
