Claims (8)

1. Комбинированная пластина, содержащая по меньшей мере
a) противопожарный слой А, включающий вспучивающуюся композицию на основе силиката щелочного металла и покрытый с обеих сторон,
b) защитные слои В и В', которые состоят из эпоксидной или полиуретановой смолы и работают как промежуточный слой с хорошей адгезией между противопожарным слоем А и слоем подложки С,
c) слой подложки С из неорганических или органических стройматериалов, бумаги, металла, пластмассы, и
причем комбинированная пластина содержит последовательность слоев B'-A-B-C, которая может быть получена способом по п.9.
2. Комбинированная пластина по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что противопожарный слой А состоит из водного силиката натрия, армированного волокном.
3. Комбинированная пластина по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что слой подложки в качестве неорганических или органических стройматериалов содержит дерево, древесноволокнистые плиты средней или высокой плотности, гипс или силикат кальция.
4. Комбинированная пластина по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что противопожарный слой А имеет толщину в области от 1-5 мм, защитные слои В и В', соответственно толщину в области от 10-500 мкм и слой подложки С толщину в области от 0,1-100 мм.
5. Комбинированная пластина по одному из пп 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что она состоит из последовательности слоев C-B'-A-B-C.
6. Способ изготовления комбинированной пластины, отличающийся тем, что противопожарный слой А, содержащий вспучивающуюся композицию на основе силиката щелочного металла, покрывают смесью эпоксидная смола/отвердитель или полиуретановым клеем для образования защитного слоя В и слой подложки С из дерева, волокнистых плит, бумаги, металла или пластмассы наносят перед отверждением защитного слоя В, и отверждение проводят с помощью прессования.
7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что отверждение проводят при давлении пресса в пределах 0,1-10 бар.
8. Способ по п.6 или 7, отличающийся тем, что противопожарный слой А до или после нанесения защитного слоя В и слоя подложки С покрывают добавочным защитным слоем В' и проводят отверждение.
