Claims (10)
1. Мелованная бумага, подходящая для печати на различных устройствах, которая содержит
бумажное полотно; и
пигментную композицию, нанесенную по меньшей мере на одну поверхность полотна, причем упомянутая композиция пигментного покрытия содержит
(а) первый пигмент с удельной поверхностью BET в диапазоне приблизительно от 50 до 750 м2/г;
(b) второй пигмент с удельной поверхностью BET в диапазоне приблизительно от 5 до 49 м2/г; и (с) полимерное связующее,
причем упомянутая мелованная бумага имеет глянцевитость покрытия равную или больше приблизительно 30% под углом 75° и длину впитывания Bristow меньше приблизительно 180 мм.
2. Мелованная бумага по п.1, которая содержит
(a) приблизительно 40-99 мас.% первого пигмента от общей массы первого и второго пигментов в покрытии;
(b) приблизительно от 1 до 60 мас.% пигментов с удельной поверхностью BET в диапазоне приблизительно от 5 до 49 м2 на грамм от общего количества первого и второго пигментов в покрытии; и
(c) приблизительно от 5 до 40 частей (на сухой основе) полимерных связующих от 100 частей (на сухой основе) пигментов; и
3. Мелованная бумага по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что длина впитывания Bristow составляет меньше приблизительно 170 мм.
4. Мелованная бумага по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что длина впитывания Bristow составляет меньше приблизительно 160 мм.
5. Мелованная бумага по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутая глянцевитость покрытия под углом 75° составляет приблизительно от 30 до 80%.
6. Мелованная бумага по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый первый пигмент имеет удельную поверхность BET в диапазоне приблизительно от 70 до 650 м2/г.
7. Мелованная бумага по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый первый пигмент имеет удельную поверхность BET в диапазоне приблизительно от 80 до 650 м2/г.
8. Мелованная бумага по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый второй пигмент имеет удельную поверхность BET в диапазоне приблизительно от 6 до 45 м2/г.
9. Мелованная бумага по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутое полотно имеет пористость по Gurley равную или меньше приблизительно от 1 с/100 см3 до 60 с/100 см3.
10. Способ производства мелованной бумаги, который содержит операции
(a) подготовки водной композиции покрытия, содержащей: (i) воду, (ii) первый пигмент с удельной поверхностью BET в диапазоне приблизительно от 50 до 700 м2/г; (iii) второй пигмент с удельной поверхностью BET в диапазоне приблизительно от 5 до 49 м2/г; и (3) полимерное связующее;
(b) нанесения водной композиции покрытия на одну или обе поверхности бумажного полотна;
(c) сушки бумаги с покрытием; и
(d) каландрования высушенной бумаги с покрытием для получения сухой каландрованной бумаги, имеющей глянцевитость покрытия равную или меньше приблизительно 30% под углом 75° и длину впитывания Bristow меньше приблизительно 180 мм.
