Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型印刷品用防护层配方,本发明涉及印刷品技术领域。该新型印刷品用防护层配方,通过润滑剂为硬脂酰胺与脂肪酸甲酯混合而成,可改善润滑性和热稳定性,通过VAE乳液为水性乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液与高弹性丙烯酸共聚乳液混合而成,共混乳液的表面张力较低,有利于对物体表面的浸润,对不同基材均有优良的黏着性,且耐久性好,通过在成膜过程中水分蒸发,聚合物粒子即形成密实填充状态的防水层,通过混合填料为立德粉、碳酸钙粉和滑石粉的一种或是多种组成,起到防火耐磨的作用,由于原料不含沥青、煤焦油,无毒无害无味,不易燃,符合环保的要求,另外可调成各种颜色,利于装饰,而且固化前为液态,方便涂粉。

背景技术
印刷品,印刷成的书报﹑图片等,是印刷的各种产品,是使用印刷技术生产的各种成品的总称,在日常生活中,人们所接触到的报纸、书刊杂志、地图、海报、广告、信封、信笺、档案袋、商标、标签、名片、请柬、钞票、贺卡、台历、挂历、画册、各种证卡、包装盒、礼盒、电路板等等,应有尽有,都属于印刷品的范畴,印刷品几乎充满在人们的衣、食、住、行领域之中,它与人们生活十分密切。
现有的印刷品外表面大部分都具有一层防护层,例如笔记本外壳的涂层,而当今对于环保的需求越来越高,为此,本发明提供了一种新型印刷品用防护层配方。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种新型印刷品用防护层配方,起到防水环保的作用。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种新型印刷品用防护层配方,其原料按重量份比包括:VAE乳液200-300份,表面活性剂1-2份,润滑剂2-3份,混合填料150-200份,消泡剂0.5-1份,增稠剂5-8份,聚结助剂10-20份,氨水180-250份,防腐剂2-3份,颜料10-20份。
优选的,其原料按重量份比包括:VAE乳液200份,表面活性剂1份,润滑剂2份,混合填料150份,消泡剂0.5份,增稠剂5份,聚结助剂10份,氨水180-份,防腐剂2份,颜料10份。

S1、按配比称取各种原料,然后按顺序加入VAE乳液、表面活性剂和润滑剂进入混合槽,进行搅拌;
S2、接下来在搅拌的状态下,依次加入混合填料、消泡剂、增稠剂、聚结助剂、氨水、防腐剂和颜料,加热继续搅拌0.5-1h,此时温度控制在60-70℃,使其水分蒸发,然后温度控制在20-30℃,继续搅拌15-30min,即可制得。

本发明提供了一种新型印刷品用防护层配方。与现有技术相比,具备以下有益效果:
(1)、该新型印刷品用防护层配方,通过润滑剂为硬脂酰胺与脂肪酸甲酯混合而成,可改善润滑性和热稳定性,通过VAE乳液为水性乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液与高弹性丙烯酸共聚乳液混合而成,丙烯酸乳液具有良好的柔韧性和橡胶弹性,-般通过两者共混使用,共混乳液的表面张力较低,有利于对物体表面的浸润,对不同基材均有优良的黏着性,且耐久性好,通过在成膜过程中水分蒸发,聚合物粒子即形成密实填充状态的防水层,同时乙烯链段的引入使分子链之间的相互作用减弱,分子链的活动性增加,提高了耐水性,通过混合填料为立德粉、碳酸钙粉和滑石粉的一种或是多种组成,起到防火耐磨的作用,由于原料不含沥青、煤焦油,无毒无害无味,不易燃,符合环保的要求,另外可调成各种颜色,利于装饰,而且固化前为液态,方便涂粉。

S2、接下来在搅拌的状态下,依次加入混合填料150份、消泡剂0.5份、增稠剂5份、聚结助剂10份、氨水180-份、防腐剂2份和颜料10份,加热继续搅拌0.5-1h,此时温度控制在60-70℃,使其水分蒸发,然后温度控制在20-30℃,继续搅拌15-30min,即可制得。

S2、接下来在搅拌的状态下,依次加入混合填料175份、消泡剂0.75份、增稠剂6.5份、聚结助剂15份、氨水215份、防腐剂2.5份和颜料15份,加热继续搅拌0.5-1h,此时温度控制在60-70℃,使其水分蒸发,然后温度控制在20-30℃,继续搅拌15-30min,即可制得。
对比实验
某实验室以普通涂料为对比例,以实施例1、实施例2和实施例3为对比,对粘着性进行拉力测试,检测刚喷涂3s后的粘着性,然后在封面上涂纯净水,检测位于涂料封面下方的纸质品被水浸染的范围,统计结果如图1所示。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型印刷品用防护层配方,其特征在于:其原料按重量份比包括:VAE乳液250份,表面活性剂1.5份,润滑剂2.5份,混合填料175份,消泡剂0.75份,增稠剂6.5份,聚结助剂15份,氨水215份,防腐剂2.5份,颜料15份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型印刷品用防护层配方,其特征在于:所述VAE乳液为水性乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液与高弹性丙烯酸共聚乳液混合而成,且表面活性剂包括乙醇、丙二醇、甘油和二甲基亚砜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型印刷品用防护层配方,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为硬脂酰胺与脂肪酸甲酯混合而成,且混合填料为立德粉、碳酸钙粉和滑石粉的一种或是多种组成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型印刷品用防护层配方,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷,且聚结助剂包括丙二醇丁醚和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型印刷品用防护层配方,其特征在于:所述防腐剂包括苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾,且颜料包括氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、酞菁蓝、酞菁绿、铝粉和珠光颜料。
9.根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的一种新型印刷品用防护层配方,其特征在于:制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
S1、按配比称取各种原料,然后按顺序加入VAE乳液、表面活性剂和润滑剂进入混合槽,进行搅拌;
S2、接下来在搅拌的状态下,依次加入混合填料、消泡剂、增稠剂、聚结助剂、氨水、防腐剂和颜料,加热继续搅拌0.5-1h,此时温度控制在60-70℃,使其水分蒸发,然后温度控制在20-30℃,继续搅拌15-30min,即可制得。
