Claims (10)

1. Изолирующее изделие (103), включающее
мат (10), содержащий случайным образом ориентированные волокна, сцепленные при помощи связующего, при этом мат имеет первую и вторую основные поверхности (11, 12) и пару боковых участков (14, 15);
по меньшей мере, один гибкий армирующий слой (24), сцепленный с матом (10) между первой и второй основными поверхностями (11, 12) и простирающийся по длине мата (10).
2. Изолирующее изделие по п.1, в котором армирующий слой включает лист нетканого материала, содержащий случайным образом ориентированные стекловолокна.
3. Изолирующее изделие по п.1, в котором мат включает несколько гибких армирующих слоев, расположенных между первой и второй основными поверхностями и простирающихся по длине мата.
4. Изолирующее изделие по п.3, в котором упомянутые несколько армирующих слоев включают, по меньшей мере, два армирующих слоя, расположенных, по существу, параллельно первой и второй основным поверхностям и друг другу.
5. Изолирующее изделие по п.4, в котором упомянутые, по меньшей мере, два армирующих слоя отделяют друг от друга при помощи слоя случайным образом ориентированных волокон.
6. Изолирующее изделие по п.4, в котором, по меньшей мере, два армирующих слоя соединяют друг с другом по соответствующим лицевым поверхностям, благодаря чему изолирующее изделие можно будет разделить по межфазной поверхности между, по меньшей мере, двумя армирующими слоями с получением, по меньшей мере, двух изолирующих изделий.
7. Изолирующее изделие по п.1, дополнительно включающее лист нетканого материала (13), сцепленный, по меньшей мере, с одной из первой и второй основных поверхностей.
8. Изолирующее изделие по п.7, в котором каждый из изолирующих слоев характеризуется эффективностью изоляции (R-значением) в диапазоне приблизительно от R-2 до R-38.
9. Способ получения изолирующего изделия (103), согласно которому
(а) формуют первый неотвержденный или частично отвержденный слой (10а) изоляции, содержащий случайным образом ориентированные волокна и связующее;
(b) формуют второй неотвержденный или частично отвержденный слой (10b) изоляции, содержащий случайным образом ориентированные волокна и связующее;
(c) располагают, по меньшей мере, один гибкий армирующий слой (24) между первым и вторым слоями;
(d) нагревают неотвержденные или частично отвержденные слои и армирующий слой,
в котором слои (10а, 10b) сцепляют с образованием изолирующего мата (10), имеющего первую и вторую основные поверхности (11, 12) и пару боковых участков (14, 15), и
при этом, по меньшей мере, один армирующий слой (24) прикрепляют к изолирующему мату между первой и второй основными поверхностями (11, 12).
10. Изолирующее изделие (103), включающее
мат (10), содержащий случайным образом ориентированные неорганические волокна, сцепленные при помощи термоотверждающегося связующего, при этом мат (10) имеет первую и вторую основные поверхности (11, 12) и пару боковых участков (14, 15), при этом мат (10) включает несколько уложенных в стопку изолирующих слоев;
по меньшей мере, один облицовочный слой нетканого материала (13), содержащий случайным образом ориентированные стекловолокна, прикрепленные, по меньшей мере, к одной из первой и второй основных поверхностей (11, 12); и,
по меньшей мере, один лист нетканого материала (24), содержащий случайным образом ориентированные стекловолокна, расположенный между несколькими уложенными в стопку изолирующими слоями и простирающийся по длине мата.
