本发明公开了一种高强度塑胶地板,包括UV层,所述UV层铺设在耐磨层的上部,两者通过工业强力胶水粘连,耐磨层铺设在印刷层的上部,且两者通过工业强力胶水粘连,印刷层铺设在加强层的上部,且两者通过工业强力胶水粘连,加强层铺设在PVC发泡缓冲层的上部,加强层包括玻璃纤维和不锈钢质网板,玻璃纤维冲压呈玻璃纤维板,不锈钢质网板位于玻璃纤维板内部,不锈钢质网板作为玻璃纤维板的内置骨架,不锈钢质网板的厚度为1‑2mm,耐磨层包括钢丝网和PVC耐磨板,其中钢丝网位于PVC耐磨板的内部,钢丝网作为PVC耐磨板的内置骨架。该高强度塑胶地板其结构较为简单,生产起来较为方便,造价低,易于广泛推广,其强度高,刚度大,环保美观,使用的寿命更长。

技术领域
本发明涉及地板技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强度塑胶地板。
背景技术
现在普遍使用的地板为复合木地板,它具有保温、耐磨、吸音、有弹性、阻燃、花色品种丰富多彩等优点,但不防潮,遇水变形,不易保养。现有的PVC塑胶地板克服了复合木地板的不足,具有复合木地板的优点外、它还具有耐化学腐蚀,易清洗、易保养,防潮,遇水不变形的优点,但因其表面耐磨度低,且强度低,使用寿命极短,常常会遇到折断、下陷等问题。
因此,我们急需设计一种高强度塑胶地板解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种高强度塑胶地板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种高强度塑胶地板,包括UV层,所述UV层铺设在耐磨层的上部,两者通过工业强力胶水粘连,耐磨层铺设在印刷层的上部,且两者通过工业强力胶水粘连,印刷层铺设在加强层的上部,且两者通过工业强力胶水粘连,加强层铺设在PVC发泡缓冲层的上部,加强层包括玻璃纤维和不锈钢质网板,玻璃纤维冲压呈玻璃纤维板,不锈钢质网板位于玻璃纤维板内部,不锈钢质网板作为玻璃纤维板的内置骨架,不锈钢质网板的厚度为1-2mm,耐磨层包括钢丝网和PVC耐磨板,其中钢丝网位于PVC耐磨板的内部,钢丝网作为PVC耐磨板的内置骨架,耐磨层上涂覆有质量比为百分20的氧化铝涂层。
优选的,所述UV层的厚度为0.35mm-0.5mm。
优选的,所述耐磨层、印刷层、加强层、PVC发泡缓冲层和UV层的长度、宽度和高度均相等。
优选的,所述PVC耐磨板的内部设置有3-4块钢丝网,且相邻钢丝网之间互相平行,钢丝网的网孔直径为0.2-0.5mm。
优选的,所述玻璃纤维板的内部设置有2-3块不锈钢质网板,且相邻不锈钢质网板互相平行。
本发明有益效果:该高强度塑胶地板其上设置了加强层和耐磨层,其增加了塑胶地板的强度和耐磨性,减少了玻璃纤维和PVC的用料,节约了成本,且两者的结构较为简单,生产起来较为方便,造价低,易于广泛推广,其强度高,刚度大,环保美观,使用的寿命更长。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1,一种高强度塑胶地板,包括UV层1,UV层1铺设在耐磨层2的上部,两者通过工业强力胶水粘连,耐磨层2铺设在印刷层3的上部,且两者通过工业强力胶水粘连,印刷层3铺设在加强层4的上部,且两者通过工业强力胶水粘连。
参照图2-3,加强层4铺设在PVC发泡缓冲层5的上部,加强层4包括玻璃纤维41和不锈钢质网板42,玻璃纤维41冲压呈玻璃纤维板,不锈钢质网板42位于玻璃纤维板内部,不锈钢质网板42作为玻璃纤维板41的内置骨架,不锈钢质网板42的厚度为1-2mm,耐磨层2包括钢丝网22和PVC耐磨板21,其中钢丝网22位于PVC耐磨板21的内部,钢丝网22作为PVC耐磨板21的内置骨架,耐磨层2上涂覆有质量比为百分20的氧化铝涂层。
UV层1的厚度为0.35mm-0.5mm,耐磨层2、印刷层3、加强层4、PVC发泡缓冲层5和UV层1的长度、宽度和高度均相等,PVC耐磨板21的内部设置有3-4块钢丝网22,且相邻钢丝网22之间互相平行,钢丝网22的网孔直径为0.2-0.5mm,玻璃纤维板41的内部设置有2-3块不锈钢质网板42,且相邻不锈钢质网板42互相平行。
工作原理:整块塑胶地板由UV层1、耐磨层2、印刷层3、加强层4 和PVC发泡缓冲层5构成。
其中加强层4包括玻璃纤维41和不锈钢质网板42,玻璃纤维41冲压呈玻璃纤维板,不锈钢质网板42位于玻璃纤维板内部,不锈钢质网板42作为玻璃纤维板41的内置骨架,不锈钢质网板42的厚度为1-2mm,耐磨层2包括钢丝网22和PVC耐磨板21,其中钢丝网22位于PVC耐磨板21的内部,钢丝网22作为PVC耐磨板21的内置骨架,耐磨层2上涂覆有质量比为百分20的氧化铝涂层。这两者特殊结构的设计其大大增加了该塑胶地板的强度和刚度,且减小了用料,增加了地板的使用寿命。

1.一种高强度塑胶地板,包括UV层(1),其特征在于:所述UV层(1)铺设在耐磨层(2)的上部,两者通过工业强力胶水粘连,耐磨层(2)铺设在印刷层(3)的上部,且两者通过工业强力胶水粘连,印刷层(3)铺设在加强层(4)的上部,且两者通过工业强力胶水粘连,加强层(4)铺设在PVC发泡缓冲层(5)的上部,加强层(4)包括玻璃纤维(41)和不锈钢质网板(42),玻璃纤维(41)冲压呈玻璃纤维板,不锈钢质网板(42)位于玻璃纤维板内部,不锈钢质网板(42)作为玻璃纤维板(41)的内置骨架,不锈钢质网板(42)的厚度为1-2mm,耐磨层(2)包括钢丝网(22)和PVC耐磨板(21),其中钢丝网(22)位于PVC耐磨板(21)的内部,钢丝网(22)作为PVC耐磨板(21)的内置骨架,耐磨层(2)上涂覆有质量比为百分20的氧化铝涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度塑胶地板,其特征在于,所述UV层(1)的厚度为0.35mm-0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度塑胶地板,其特征在于,所述耐磨层(2)、印刷层(3)、加强层(4)、PVC发泡缓冲层(5)和UV层(1)的长度、宽度和高度均相等。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度塑胶地板,其特征在于,所述PVC耐磨板(21)的内部设置有3-4块钢丝网(22),且相邻钢丝网(22)之间互相平行,钢丝网(22)的网孔直径为0.2-0.5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度塑胶地板,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维板(41)的内部设置有2-3块不锈钢质网板(42),且相邻不锈钢质网板(42)互相平行。
