Abstract
1. Композитная слоистая панель (1), включающая в себе по меньшей мере одну сердцевину (2), помещенную между внутренним листом (3) и внешним листом (4), каждый из которых содержит группу волокнистых слоев (5, 6, 7, 8) из композитного материала, отличающаяся тем, что часть указанных слоев внутреннего листа и/или внешнего листа проходит по меньшей мере частично через указанную сердцевину, в зоне где она имеет разрыв, совместно образуя при этом по меньшей мере одно поперечное средство (9) усиления, идущее от внутреннего листа к внешнему листу композитной слоистой панели. ! 2. Панель по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что указанное поперечное средство (9) усиления выполнено по меньшей мере из одного слоя (7, 8), проходящего без разрывов от внешнего листа к внутреннему листу. ! 3. Панель по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она имеет изогнутый участок. ! 4. Панель по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что указанное поперечное средство (9) усиления находится на указанном изогнутом участке. ! 5. Панель по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что указанное поперечное средство (9) усиления выполнено перпендикулярным к изгибу панели. ! 6. Панель по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что указанное поперечное средство (9) усиления предусмотрено по существу в середине указанного изогнутого участка. ! 7. Панель по любому из пп.1-6, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве указанной сердцевины использована ячеистая сердцевина (2). ! 8. Панель по п.7, отличающаяся тем, что является акустической панелью. ! 9. Панель по любому из пп.1-6, отличающаяся тем, что указанная сердцевина содержит пеноматериал. ! 10. Элемент летательного аппарата, отличающийся тем, что он содержит композитную слоистую панель (1) по любому из пп.1-9.
Claims (10)
1. Композитная слоистая панель (1), включающая в себе по меньшей мере одну сердцевину (2), помещенную между внутренним листом (3) и внешним листом (4), каждый из которых содержит группу волокнистых слоев (5, 6, 7, 8) из композитного материала, отличающаяся тем, что часть указанных слоев внутреннего листа и/или внешнего листа проходит по меньшей мере частично через указанную сердцевину, в зоне где она имеет разрыв, совместно образуя при этом по меньшей мере одно поперечное средство (9) усиления, идущее от внутреннего листа к внешнему листу композитной слоистой панели.
2. Панель по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что указанное поперечное средство (9) усиления выполнено по меньшей мере из одного слоя (7, 8), проходящего без разрывов от внешнего листа к внутреннему листу.
3. Панель по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она имеет изогнутый участок.
4. Панель по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что указанное поперечное средство (9) усиления находится на указанном изогнутом участке.
5. Панель по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что указанное поперечное средство (9) усиления выполнено перпендикулярным к изгибу панели.
6. Панель по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что указанное поперечное средство (9) усиления предусмотрено по существу в середине указанного изогнутого участка.
7. Панель по любому из пп.1-6, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве указанной сердцевины использована ячеистая сердцевина (2).
8. Панель по п.7, отличающаяся тем, что является акустической панелью.
9. Панель по любому из пп.1-6, отличающаяся тем, что указанная сердцевина содержит пеноматериал.
10. Элемент летательного аппарата, отличающийся тем, что он содержит композитную слоистую панель (1) по любому из пп.1-9.
