Claims (9)

1. Катализатор для окисления в газовой фазе, включающий инертный носитель и нанесенную на него, содержащую оксиды переходных металлов, каталитически активную массу, или его катализатор-предшественник, получаемый обработкой инертного носителя водной суспензией или раствором оксидов переходных металлов или их предварительных соединений, причем суспензия содержит дисперсию связующего и связующее представляет собой сополимер α-олефина и винил-С24-карбоксилата, содержание винил-С24-карбоксилата которого составляет, по меньшей мере, 62 мол.%.
2. Катализатор по п.1, причем сополимер винил-С24-карбоксилата сополимер представляет собой сополимер винилацетата.
3. Катализатор по п.2, причем сополимер винилацетата представляет собой сополимер этилена и винилацетата.
4. Катализатор по п.3, причем сополимер этилена и винилацетата содержит от 63 до 70 мол.% винилацетата и от 37 до 30 мол.% этилена.
5. Катализатор по одному из предыдущих пунктов, причем каталитически активная масса в пересчете на общее количество каталитически активной массы, содержит от 1 до 40 вес.% оксида ванадия, рассчитанного как V2O5, от 60 до 99 вес.% оксида титана, рассчитанного как TiO2.
6. Катализатор по п.5, причем каталитически активная масса, в пересчете на общее количество каталитически активной массы, содержит до 1 вес.% соединения цезия, рассчитанного как Cs, до 1 вес.% соединения фосфора, рассчитанного как Р и до 10 вес.% оксида сурьмы, рассчитанного как Sb2O3.
7. Способ получения альдегидов, карбоновых кислот и/или ангидридов карбоновых кислот, при котором газообразный поток, который включает углеводород и содержащий молекулярный кислород газ, при повышенной температуре приводят в контакт с катализатором по пп.1-6.
8. Способ по п.7, при котором катализатор получают in situ из катализатора-предшественника.
9. Способ по п.7 или 8, при котором в качестве ароматического углеводорода о-ксилол или нафталин, или смесь из о-ксилола и нафталина окисляют в ангидрид-фталевой кислоте.
