Claims (15)
1. Способ получения жестких пенополиуретанов или пенополиизоциануратов, включающий взаимодействие:
a) органического диизоцианата и/или полиизоцианата с
b) инициированным амином полиолом, имеющим молекулярную массу, по меньшей мере, 149 и функциональность, по меньшей мере, 3, в присутствии
c) до 5% от общей массы пенообразующей реакционной смеси дополнительного диоксида углерода;
d) до 20% от общей массы пенообразующей реакционной смеси С3-С5 фторированного углеводорода.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что реакционная смесь дополнительно включает один или более полиолов с молекулярной массой от примерно 92 до примерно 1500, отличных от инициированного амином полиола b).
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что инициированный амином полиол имеет молекулярную массу от примерно 149 до примерно 1500.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что инициированный амином полиол b) инициирован этилендиамином, диэтилентриамином, гексаметилендиамином, ароматическим диамином, моноэтаноламином, диэтаноламином, триэтаноламином или аммиаком.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что HFC вспенивающий агент выбирают из группы, состоящей из гексафторбутанов, гексафторпропанов, пентафторпропанов, пентафторбутанов и их смесей.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что HFC вспенивающий агент представляет собой пентафторпропан.
7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что HFC вспенивающий агент представляет собой 1,1,1,3,3 -пентафторпропан.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что HFC d) включен в количестве от примерно 3 до примерно 20% от общей массы пенообразующей композиции.
9. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что отношение эквивалентов изоцианатных групп а) к группам с активным водородом b) составляет от примерно 0,9 до примерно 3,0.
10. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что изоцианат а) выбирают из группы, состоящей из полимерного MDI и полученного из него форполимера с изоцианатными концевыми группами.
11. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что инициированный амином полиол b) имеет молекулярную массу от примерно 300 до примерно 800.
12. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что воду используют в количестве менее 5% от общей массы пенообразующей реакционной смеси.
13. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что воду используют в количестве менее 3% от общей массы пенообразующей реакционной смеси.
14. Продукт, полученный способом по п.1.
15. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что указанный ароматический диамин представляет собой толуилендиамин.
