Claims (2)
1. Редуктор конвертера, содержащий соединенный с осью (6) поворота емкости конвертера зубчатый венец (7) в зацеплении, по меньшей мере, с одной приводной шестерней (8) редуктора (9) конвертера и, по меньшей мере, одно вводимое в зубцы зубчатого венца (7) или выводимое из них блокировочное устройство в форме установленного на горизонтальном валу (10), выполненного с зубчатым участком (11) блокировочного рычага (12), вал (10) которого установлен в концевой опоре (13, 13') с возможностью вдвигания и выдвигания с помощью силовых средств, например гидравлических цилиндров (14, 14') в зубчатый участок (11) с силовым замыканием, и вал (10) с двумя свободно поворотными друг в друге эксцентриковыми втулками (4, 5) на своих концах в корпусе редуктора (9) конвертера установлен так, что путем его независимого поворота устанавливается идеальное положение зацепления взаимодействующих зубчатых участков блокировочного устройства (12), а также зубчатого венца (7), и эксцентриковым втулкам (4, 5) и принимающим их отверстиям (18, 18') придано по одному зажимному элементу (16, 16') для регулирования положения опоры (13) без зазора, отличающийся тем, что зажимным элементом (16) является раздвигаемая осевыми клиньями (17') по внутреннему и наружному диаметру зажимная втулка (17).
2. Способ регулирования без зазора опоры вала (10) блокировочного рычага (12) блокировочного устройства на (9) редукторе конвертера с целью оптимального зацепления зубчатого участка блокировочного устройства (12), отличающийся тем, что поворотом эксцентриковых втулок (4, 5) при разжатых зажимных элементах (16) опоры вала вначале устанавливают оптимальное зацепление зубчатых участков блокировочного устройства (12), и после этого зажимные элементы (16) концевых опор (13, 13') приводят в положение без зазора, и эксцентриковые втулки (4, 5) устанавливают в своем положении.
