Claims (2)
- Konvertergetriebe. umfassend einen mit der Schwenkachse (6) eines Konvertergefässes verbundenen Zahnkranz (7) im Eingriff mit wenigstens einem Antriebs-Zahnritzel (8) des Konvertergetriebes (9), und wenigstens eine in die Verzahnung des Zahnkranzes (7) ein- oder ausschwenkbare Blockiervorrichtung in Form eines an einer horizontalen Welle (10) angeordneten, mit einer Verzahnung (11) ausgebildeten Blockierarmes (12), dessen Welle (10) in einem endständigen Lager (13, 13') gelagert und mit Kraftmitteln, z.B. Hydraulikzylindern (14, 14') in die Verzahnung (11) kraftschlüssig ein- bzw. ausrückbar und die Welle (10) mit jeweils zwel ineinander frei drehbaren Exzenterbuchsen (4, 5) an ihren Wellenenden im Gehäuse des Konvertergetriebes (9) gelagert ist, derart, dass durch unabhängiges Verdrehen derselben eine ideale Eingriffsposition der zusammenwirkenden Verzahnungsbereiche der Blockieryorrichtung (12) sowie des Zahnkranzes (7) einstellbar und den Exzenterbuchsen (4, 5) und den sie aufnehmenden Bohrungen (18, 18') je ein Spannelement (16, 16') zum Einstellen einer spielarmen Lagerung (13) zugeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannelement (16) eine mittels Axialkeilen (17') im Innen- bzw. Aussendurchmesser aufweitbare Klemmbuchse (17) ist. - Verfahren zum Einstellen einer spielarmen Lagerung der Welle (10) eines Blockierarmes (12) der Blockiervorrichtung am Konvertergetriebe (9) zwecks optimalen Eingriff des Verzahnungsbereiches der Blockiervorrichtung (12),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Verdrehen der Exzenterbuchsen (4, 5) bei entspannten Spannelementen (16) der Wellenlagerung zuerst ein optimaler Eingriff der Verzahnungsbereiche der Blockiervorrichtung (12) eingestellt wird, und danach die Spannelemente (16) der endständigen Lagerungen (13, 13') durch Aufweiten in einen spielarmen Lagerzustand gebracht und die Exzenterbuchsen (4, 5) in ihrer Einstellung festgesetzt werden.
