Abstract

"ENGRENAGEM DE CONVERSOR". A presente invenção se refere a uma engrenagem para conversor, que abrange uma coroa dentada (7) conectada ao eixo giratório (6) de um recipiente do conversor e engrenada pelo menos com um pinhão de acionamento (8) da engrenagem do conversor (9), e pelo menos um dispositivo de travamento que pode ser girado para dentro ou para fora da dentadura da coroa dentada (7) e que apresenta a forma de um braço de travamento (12) com uma dentadura (11) e é posicionado junto de uma árvore horizontal (10). O aprimoramento do dispositivo de travamento consiste no fato de que a árvore (10) do braço de travamento (12) é apoiada pelo menos num mancal terminal (13, 13<39>) e o braço de travamento (12) pode ser movido de forma não positiva para dentro da dentadura da roda dentada (7), preferencialmente por meio de órgãos de força (14, 14<39>) que engrenam nas áreas de suas extremidades, ou se for o caso que pode ser movido para fora da engrenagem da dentadura. Ademais, a árvore (10) do braço de travamento (12) está apoiada no cárter da engrenagem do conversor (9) com duas buchas excêntricas (4, 5) que podem ser giradas livremente uma dentro da outra em cada uma das extremidades da árvore. O suporte é concebido de tal maneira que, através da torção independente da mesma se pode ajustar uma posição ideal de engrenagem de ambas as áreas de dentadura que atuam conjuntamente, tanto do dispositivo de travamento (12) bem como da coroa dentada (7).
