Abstract

"ENGRENAGEM DE CAVADO EM SISTEMA DE CORREIA TRANSPORTADORA". Uma engrenagem de cavado (62) para uso no apoio de uma correia transportadora de um sistema de correia transportadora de cavado em que a engrenagem de cavado (62) inclui um par de polias centrais espaçadas (64, 66) e um par de polias laterais de cavado anguladas (40 , 42).O par de polias centrais (64, 66) é montado num braço de rotação (58) e os seus eixos de rotação ficam espaçados um do outro de uma distância longitudinal. As polias centrais (64, 66) são selecionadas de tal forma que cada polia central (64, 66) tenha o mesmo diâmetro externo. O tamanho das polias centrais (64, 66) é selecionado de tal maneira que o diâmetro externo das polias centrais é maior do que o diâmetro externo de cada polia lateral de cavado (40 , 42). O aumento no diâmetro externo das polias centrais (64, 66) em relação ao diâmetro externo das polias laterais de cavado anguladas (40, 42) reduz o valor da resistência de indentação da engrenagem de cavado (62 ). A engrenagem de cavado (62 ) inclui ainda um mecanismo de limitação de rotação (36, 68) que limita o valor da rotação horária e anti-horária dos braços de rotação (58) usados para apoiar o par de polias centrais (64, 66).
