Claims (10)
1. Аналог 8-(анилино)-1-нафталинсульфоната (ANS), способный взаимодействовать с гидрохлоридом 3-метил-2-бензотиазолинонгидразона (МВТН) или с его аналогом с получением окрашенного продукта, имеющего пониженное смещение по сравнению с окрашенным продуктом, полученным при взаимодействии ANS и МВТН или его аналога, где аналог ANS включает, по меньшей мере, один алкильный заместитель, связанный с фенильной группой, при условии, что когда указанный заместитель является метилом, указанный заместитель не присутствует в положениях 3′, 4′ или 5′.
2. Аналог ANS по п.1, где алкильный заместитель включает от 1 до 6 атомов углерода и является разветвленным или линейным.
4. Соединение по п.3, где алкильной группой является метил, изопропил или трет-бутил.
5. Продукт реакции, полученный с использованием соединения по любому из пп.1-4 и гидрохлорида 3-метил-2-бензотиазолинонгидразона (МВТН) или аналога МВТН, где продукт реакции имеет пониженное смещение по сравнению с продуктом реакции, полученным при взаимодействии ANS и МВТН или аналога МВТН.
6. Композиция веществ, включающая продукт реакции по п.5.
7. Композиция веществ по п.6, где указанный продукт реакции находится на пористой подложке.
8. Композиция веществ по п.7, где указанная композиция дополнительно включает оксидазу и пероксидазу.
9. Способ получения хромогенного продукта реакции, включающий взаимодействие соединения по любому из пунктов 1-4 с МВТН или его аналогом в присутствии кислорода, пероксида водорода и пероксидазы.
10. Способ обнаружения присутствия аналита в пробе, в котором используют окрашивающую пару, включающую МВТН или его аналог и второе окрашивающее соединение, отличающийся тем, что в качестве второго окрашивающего соединения включает использование соединения по любому из пп.1-4.
