Claims (7)
1. Боратные соли с общей формулой
Mn+[BFx(CyF2y+1-zHz)4-x] , (I)
где 1<х<3, 1≤y≤8 и 0≤z≤2y+1 и
М одно-, двух- или трехвалентный катион (1≤n≤3), кроме калия и бария,
в особенности:
Li,
NR1R2R3R4,
PR5R6R7R8,
P(NR5R6)kR R (где k=1-4, m=0-3 и k+m≤4)
или C(NR5R6)(NR7R8)(NR9R10), где
R1-R4 представляют собой CyF2y+1-zHz и R5-R10 обозначают Н или CyF2y+1-zHz, либо ароматический гетероциклический катион, особенно - азот- и/или кислород и/или серосодержащие ароматические гетероциклические катионы.
2. Способ получения соединений с общей формулой (I), отличающийся тем, что
а) проводят реакцию между комплексами ВF3/растворитель и алкиллитием в смеси 1:1 при охлаждении, основная часть растворителя удаляется после медленного подогрева, а твердую фазу далее отфильтровывают и промывают при помощи подходящего растворителя, или
b) проводят реакцию солей лития и В(CF3)F3 в составе 1:1 в подходящем растворителе, смесь перемешивают при повышенной температуре, растворитель удаляют, далее к реакционной смеси добавляют апротонные неводные растворители, предпочтительно растворители, которые применяются в электрохимических элементах, и смесь высушивают, или
c) при повышенной температуре проводят реакцию солей В(CF3)F3 с солями лития в смеси состава от 1:1 до 1:1,5, в воде; смесь нагревают до точки кипения, и поддерживают эту температуру в течение от 0,5 до 2 часов, удаляют воду, добавляют к реакционной смеси апротонные неводные растворители, предпочтительно растворители, которые применяются в электрохимических элементах, и полученную смесь высушивают.
3. Электролиты, содержащие, по крайней мере, одно соединение по п.1.
4. Электролиты по п.3, содержащие, по крайней мере, одну из других электропроводных солей или добавок.
5. Электрохимический элемент, который содержит электролит по п.3 или 4.
6. Аккумулятор, двойнослойный конденсатор или суперконденсатор по п.5.
7. Применение боратных солей по п.1 для получения электролитов для электрохимических элементов, аккумуляторов, двойнослойных конденсаторов и суперконденсаторов.
