Claims (8)
1. Чистая энантиомерная кристаллическая R- или S-липоновая кислота, при которой линия рефлекции при 2Θ= 23o на 2Θ-дифрактограмме является самой интенсивной в диапазоне от 15 до 30o.
2. Способ получения кристаллической липоновой кислоты, при котором липоновую кислоту выкристаллизовывают из растворителя или из смеси растворителей при температуре от 0 до -20oС и растворитель или смесь растворителей выбирают с диэлектрической постоянной эпсилон от 1,95 до 2,4.
3. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что применяют смесь растворителей из алифатических и ароматических углеводородов.
4. Способ по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что в качестве смеси растворителей применяют смесь из толуола и гексана или смесь из толуола и гептана.
5. R-липоновая кислота, получаемая по одному из п. 3 или 4.
6. Липоновая кислота, получаемая по одному из пп. 2 - 4.
7. Применение липоновой кислоты по пп. 1, 5 или 6 для изготовления лекарственных средств.
8. Применение липоновой кислоты по пп. 1, 5 или 6 в качестве добавки к средствам питания или в качестве компонента в дополнительных питательных препаратах.
