Claims (6)
1. Жевательное кондитерское изделие, содержащее окисленный крахмал, в котором указанный окисленный крахмал заменяет, по меньшей мере, часть желатина.
2. Жевательное кондитерское изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно свободно от желатина.
3. Жевательное кондитерское изделие по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что оно дополнительно содержит аравийскую камедь.
4. Жевательное кондитерское изделие по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что оно представляет собой жевательную конфету.
5. Жевательное кондитерское изделие по п.4, отличающееся тем, что жевательная конфета имеет сердцевину, заполненную жидкой или сиропной начинкой или порошком.
6. Способ получения жевательного кондитерского изделия по п.1, предусматривающий включение нагревания окисленного крахмала, приводящее к желатинизации окисленного крахмала, смешивание указанного желатинизированного крахмала с остальными ингредиентами конечного продукта, варку полученной таким образом рецептуры и формование сваренной массы.
