Целью изобретени вл етс увеличение срока служба электрически ионтактов
Поставленна цепь достигаетс благодар топу, что в челезосеребрчном матери- апе дл электрически контактов, содержащем 3-30 пас % железа, а остальное-серебро , еще добавлено 0, мае,. /о цинка
По причине нерастворимости мелела в серебре чтим материалы не могут быть изготовлены ппрометаплургичееким путем Изготовление материалов осуществл етс по известной технологии порошковой металлургии При этом благопри тным оьазалось , что использованный + елезныи порошок не крупнее 32 ш м Благодар этому добиваютс очень равномерного распределени частиц , кепезз в смеси и ЕО взэигюдействии с другими присадочными материалами получаетс незначительное образование покровного сло прм переь лго- чени
С изготовленными Tai им образом материалами были проведены испытани электрически переключений Нар ду с проверкой контактного сопротивлени на моделирующем испытательном стенде была использована также серийна защита дл
