Abstract

Sklop mlaznica (20, 30) za aparaturu za livenje metala izabran iz kliznog zatvarača i uređaja za izmenu cevi, gde napred navedeni sklop mlaznica sadrži:- prvi vatrostalni element (1) koji sadrži prvu kontaktnu površinu (1 a) koja ima otvor prvog cilindričnog prolaza i- drugi vatrostalni element (11) koji sadrži drugu dodirnu površinu (11 a) koja ima otvor drugog cilindričnog prolaza gde su prvi i drugi element spojeni tako da su u kliznom translatornom odnosu preko svoje prve, odnosno druge kontaktne površine gde prvi i drugi cilindrični prolaz mogu da se pomere tako da se podudaraju ili da se ne poklapaju da bi kada su u registru napravili neprekidan cilindrični prolaz (3, 13) za ispuštanje rastopljenog metala od ulaznog otvora za rastopljeni metal (13a) do izlaznog otvora za rastopljeni metal (13b) gore navedenog sklopa mlaznica,- zaptivni element (2) između prve i druge kontaktne površine prvog i drugog elementa,naznačen time što zaptivni element (2) sadrži termički intumescentni materijal.Prijava sadrži još 16 patentnih zahteva.
