1 / 1 resumo âconjunto de bocal, elemento refratãrio, mãtodo para produzir um elemento refratãrio composiãão de vedaãão, e, uso de um elemento de vedaãão intumescenteâ a presente invenã§ã£o trata de um conjunto de bocal (20, 30) para um aparelho de lingotamento de metal selecionado a partir de uma abertura deslizante e um dispositivo de troca de tubo, dito conjunto de bocal compreendendo: um primeiro elemento refratã¡rio (1) compreendendo uma primeira superfãcie de acoplamento (1a) que inclui uma primeira orifãcio de furo, e um segundo elemento refratã¡rio (11) compreendendo uma segunda superfãcie de acoplamento (11a), que inclui uma segunda orifãcio de furo, o primeiro e o segundo elementos sendo acoplados entre si em uma relaã§ã£o de translaã§ã£o por deslizamento atravã©s de suas respectivas primeira e segunda superfãcies de acoplamento de tal modo que a primeira e a segunda aberturas de furo podem ser postas em e fora de alinhamento para definir, quando em alinhamento, um furo contãnuo (3, 13) para descarregar metal em fusã£o a partir de uma entrada de metal em fusã£o (13a) para uma saãda de metal em fusã£o (3b) de dito conjunto de bocal, um elemento de vedaã§ã£o (2) previsto entre a primeira e a segunda superfãcies de acoplamento do primeiro e segundo elementos, caracterizado pelo fato de que o elemento de vedaã§ã£o (2) compreende um material termicamente intumescente.
