Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PARA A FUSÃO DE UM MATERIAL SEM CADINHO E MÉTODO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE PÓ POR MEIO DE FUSÃO DE UM MATERIAL SEM CADINHO, E, PÓ. A invenção se refere a um dispositivo (1) para a fusão de um material sem cadinho, e para a pulverização do material fundido para a produção de pó compreendendo: um bocal de pulverização (5); uma bobina de indução (4) com espiras (4a-d), que se tornam mais estreitas na direção do bocal de pulverização (5) pelo menos em seções; e uma barra de material (3) introduzida, pelo menos parcialmente na bobina de indução (4). A bobina de indução (4) está equipada para fundir o material da barra de material (3), para a produção de um fluxo de fusão (16). A bobina de indução (4) e o bocal de pulverização (5) estão dispostos de tal modo, que o fluxo de fusão (16) pode ser introduzido ou é introduzido no bocal de pulverização (5) para a pulverização do fluxo de fusão (16) por meio de um gás de pulverização (19), que pode ser introduzido no bocal de pulverização (5) através de uma primeira abertura (20) do bocal de pulverização (5). O dispositivo é caracterizado pelo fato de que o bocal de pulverização (5) é executado de tal modo que o gás de pulverização (19) pode ser introduzido ou é introduzido no bocal de pulverização (5) somente através da primeira abertura (20) do bocal de pulverização (5); que o bocal de pulverização (5) é equipado para acelerar o gás de pulverização (19) em uma direção paralela ao fluxo de fusão (16) pelo menos, até a velocidade do som do gás de pulverização (19); e que a barra de material (3) e a bobina de indução (4) estão dispostas, de tal modo que antes da entrada do fluxo de fusão (16) no bocal de pulverização (5), o fluxo de fusão (16) pode ser aquecido ou é aquecido indutivamente pela bobina de indução (4). Além disso, a invenção se refere a um método correspondente para a fusão de um material sem cadinho e para a pulverização do material fundido para a produção de pó.
