Abstract
В настоящем изобретении предложен способ конвертирования медьсодержащего материала в черновую медь, включающий: (а) обеспечение медьсодержащего материала, содержащего сульфиды меди и сульфиды железа, при этом медьсодержащий материал содержит по меньшей мере 35 мас.% меди от общей массы медьсодержащего материала; (b) взаимодействие в печи медьсодержащего материала с кислородсодержащим газом без флюса для окисления сульфида железа и сульфида меди и регулирование введения кислородсодержащего газа и температуры так, что полученный в результате конвертерный шлак находится в расплавленной фазе для получения черновой меди и конвертерного шлака.
