Abstract

Stereoselektivni postupak za dobijanje pretežno cis nukleozida ili nukleozidnih analoga i derivata formule (A), naznačen time, što :Rl predstavlja pirimidinsku bazu ili njen farmaceutski prihvatljivi derivat; i Q predstavlja ugljenik, kiseonik ili sumpor, gde je Q po mogućstvu kiseonik; koji se sastoji od faze spajanja (kuplovanja) jedinjenja formule (B):u kojoj jeR2 C7-10 aralkil, C1-6 acil ili Si (Z1) (Z2) (Z3), gde su Z1, Z2 i Z3 svaki za sebe nezavisno odabrani iz grupe koju čine vodonik; C1-20 alkil po slobodnom izboru supstituisan sa fluoro, bromo, hloro, jodo, C1-6 alkoksi ili C6-20 ariloksi; C7-20aralkil po slobodnom izboru supstituisan sa halogenom, C1-20 alkil ili C1-20 alkoksi; C6-20 aril po slobodnom izboru supstituisan sa fluoro, bromo, hloro, jodo, C1-20 alkil ili C1-20 alkoksi; trialkilsilil, fluoro, bromo; hloro i jodo;sa bazom Rl, pirimidinskom bazom ili njenim farmaceutski prihvatljivim derivatom; u rastvaraču sa C1-10 atoma ugljenika u kojem se vrši reakcija spajanja, u prisustvu katalitičkih količina elemenata ili kombinacije elemenata iz grupe IB ili IIB; tercijalnog amina i Luisove kiseline da bi se dobio intermedijer formule (D):u kojoj su Rl, R2 i Q ranije definisani, idruge faze u kojoj se vrši skidanje zaštitne grupe intermedijera formule (D) da bi se dobili cis nukleozidi ili nukleozidni analozi formule (A)gde se faza spajanja po mogućstvu odigrava na temperaturi koja je jednaka ili manja od 30 stepeni Celzijusa.Prijava sadrži još 9 patentnih zahteva.
