Abstract
"PROCESSO ESTéREOSSELETIVO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE ANáLOGOS DE NUCLEOSìDEOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de nucleosídeos predominantemente cis ou análogos de nucleosídeos e derivados de fórmula (A): onde R1 é uma base pirimidina ou um seu derivado farmaceuticamente aceitável e Q é oxigênio, carbono ou enxofre, compreendendo uma etapa de acoplamento da base pirimidina com uma molécula de fórmula (B) aqui descrita em um apropriado solvente de acoplamento, na presença de quantidades catalíticas de um elemento ou combinação de elementos de grupo IB ou IIB da tabela periódica, uma amina terciária e um ácido de Lewis para obter um intermediário de fórmula (D) que é desprotegido na etapa subseq³ente para gerar o produto de fórmula (A).
