Farmaceutska kompozicija nimesulida sa kontrolisanim oslobađanjem koja sadrži nimezulid kao aktivni lek u količini od 5% do 95% m/m kompozicije, jedan ili više materijala za zadržavanje otpuštanja u količini od 2% do 95% m/m kompozicije i farmaceutske ekscipijente u količini od 0% do 90% m/m kompozicije, naznačena time, što je u obliku dvoslojne tablete koja sadrži sloj sa brzim oslobađanjem i sloj sa produženim oslobađanjem, i što je nimesulid prisutan i u sloju sa brzim oslobađanjem i u sloju sa produženim oslobađanjem. Prijava sadrži 32 patentna zahteva.
