Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor derivati de benzamida cu formula generala I: în care R este o grupa alchil lineara sau ramificata cu 6...18 atomi de carbon, R1 este hidrogen, brom, clor sau o grupa alchil cu 1...3 atomi de carbon si R2 este brom, clor sau o grupa alchil cu 1...3 atomi de carbon, constînd din aceea ca 0,2-dihidrobenzamida cu formula generala II: în care R1 si R2 au semnificatiile de mai sus, se trateaza cu un compus cu formula generala III: ( vezi formula) în care R are semnificatiile de mai sus si Z este clor sau brom, eventual în prezenta acidului trifluoracetic ca solvent, la temperatura camerei, dupa care se doreste, compusul cu formula I obtinut este transformat într-o sare acceptabila fiziologic si/sau într-un stereoizomer pur al acestuia.
