Claims (12)
1. Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. Sposób wytwarzania katalizatora palladowego do oksacylowania olefin w fazie gazowej przez nasycanie nosnika katalizatora roztworem zwiazku palladu i aktywatorów w niepodstawionym kwasie karboksylowym za¬ wierajacym do 10 atomów wegla, ewentualnie w mieszaninie z obojetnym rozpuszczalnikiem, znamien¬ ny t y m, ze nasycony nosnik katalizator,! suszy sie w temperaturze ponizej 90°C do zawartosci resztkowej rozpuszczalnika mniej niz 8% wagowych i nastepnie redukuje w temperaturze 40-260°C przez przeprowadzanie mieszaniny gazowej skladajacej sie z gazu obojetnego i srodka redukujacego.
2. Sposób wedlug zastiz. 1, z n a m i e n n y t y ni, ze jako nosnik katalizatora stosuje sie kwas krzemo¬ wy, zel krzemionkowy, krzemiany, glinokrzemiany, wegiel aktywny, tlenek glinu, spinele, cyrkon, pumeks albo weglik krzemu.
3. Sposób wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny 1 y m, ze jako zwiazek palladu stosuje sie karboksylan palladu.
4. Sposób wedlug zastrz. 1,znamienny tym, ze stosuje sie katalizator zawierajacy 0,5—5% wago¬ wych palladu, przy czym zawartosc metalu odnosi sie do ogólnej masy katalizatora na nosniku.
5. Sposób wedlug zastrz, 1,znamienny tym, ze jako aktywatory stosuje sie karboksylany metali alkalicznych albo metali ziem alkalicznych.
6. Sposób wedlug zastrz. 1, z n a m i e n n y t y m, ze kazdy poszczególny aktywator stosuje sie w ilosci 0,01—4% wagowych, przy czym zawartosc metalu odnosi sie do ogólnej masy katalizatora na nosniku.
7. Sposób wedlug zastrz. 1,znamienny tym, ze suszenie nasyconego nosnika katalizatora przepro¬ wadza sie pod zmniejszonym cisnieniem.
8. Sposób wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny ty m, ze stosuje sie resztkowa zawartosc rozpuszczalnika w katalizatorze wynoszaca mniej niz 6% wagowych.
9. Sposób wedlug zastrz. 1,-znamienny t y ni, ze stosuje sie temperature redukcji 70 -200°C.
10. Sposób wedlug zastrz. 1,znamienny ty m, ze stosuje sie mieszanine srodka redukujacego i gazu obojetnego zawierajaca 0,01 -50% objetosciowych srodka redukujacego.
11. Sposób wedlug zastrz. I, znamienny t y ni, ze redukcje katalizatora przeprowadza sie w tym samym reaktorze, w którym poddaje sie oksacylowaniu olefine.
12. Sposób wedlug zastrz. 11, z n a m i e n n y ty ni, ze jako srodek redukujacy stosuje sie olefine, która ma byc nastepnie oksacylowana. PL PL
