Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest kanapa rozkladana skladajaca sie z podstawy, rozsuwanego stelaza, siedziska, oparcia tylnego i podlokiet- ników w postaci poduszek. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie poszczególnych elementów tapicerskich, ukladzie linii, fakturze materialu i kolorystyce elementów kanapy. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony za zalaczonej foto- grafii, na której fig. 1 - przedstawia kanape rozkladana w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawia kanape rozkladana w widoku z boku. Kanapa rozkladana wedlug wzoru zdobniczego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze oparcie tylne w ksztalcie prostokata o zaokraglonych bokach ma lamówkena obrzezach oraz przylegajace do oparcia dwie poduchy zblizone ksztaltem do prostokatów o zaokraglonych zewnetrznych bokach, które maja wypustke wzdluz obrysu trzech boków. Podlokietniki ma w postaci poduch w ksztalcie klina o przekroju trójkata prostokatnego, zas siedzisko w ksztalcie prostokata na obrzezach ma wypustke. PL PLFolding Sofa The right of registration of the ornamental design is valid from: August 14, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a folding sofa consisting of a base, an extendable frame, a seat, a backrest, and armrests in the form of cushions. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object manifested in the shape of the individual upholstery elements, the arrangement of lines, the texture of the material, and the color of the sofa elements. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the folding sofa from the front, Fig. 2 shows the folding sofa from the side. The sofa, which reclines according to the decorative pattern, is characterized by a rectangular backrest with rounded sides and piping along the edges, and two adjacent cushions, roughly rectangular in shape with rounded outer edges, each with a projection along three sides. The armrests are wedge-shaped cushions with a right-angled triangular cross-section, while the rectangular seat has a projection on the edges. The base, viewed from the front, is rectangular with vertical stripes on the sides, and a rectangular cutout in the center with rounded sides is finished with a decorative frame that widens at the ends, while the base, viewed from the side, has a recess in the shape of a circular sector. The backrest piping, front of the backrest cushions, armrests, seat overlay, and base elements are all in one color. The backrest, rear of the backrest cushions, seat, side straps, and base cutouts are in a second color, while the backrest cushion overlays are in one of these colors. The sofa bed can be upholstered in any textured fabric, in one or two coordinated colors.
