Abstract
Esta referido a un proceso para la obtencion de un compuesto derivado de quinazolina de Formula I, el cual comprende: (a) poner en contacto un compuesto de formula (II) con un compuesto de organomagnesio y un complejo de zinc; y (b) poner en contacto la mezcla de la etapa (a) con un compuesto de formula (III), un precursor de catalizador de metal de transicion y un ligando quiral, y, de esta manera, sintetizar un compuesto de formula (I). Estos son procesos sinteticos atroposelectivos en donde, los compuestos asi obtenidos, se emplean en el tratamiento de diversos tipos de cancer de pulmon
