CATALIZADOR PARA LA PRODUCCION DE ACETATO DE VINILO HACIENDO REACCIONAR ETILENO, OXIGENO Y ACIDO ACETICO CON BAJA SELECTIVIDAD DE CO2, EL CUAL COMPRENDE UNA BASE POROSA EN LA QUE SE DEPOSITAN Pd, Au Y Cu, Y PREPARARLO COMPRENDE: i) IMPREGNAR LA BASE CON SOLUCIONES DE PALADIO Y COBRE SOLUBLES EN AGUA, DE PREFERENCIA Na2PdCl4 Y CuCl2 RESPECTIVAMENTE; ii) FIJAR EL Pd Y EL Cu EN FORMA DE COMPUESTOS INSOLUBLES EN AGUA A TRAVES DE LA REACCION CON UN COMPUESTO ALCALINO ADECUADO; iii) REDUCCION DEL Pd Y Cu A SU FORMA METALICA; iv) HACER QUE EL CATALIZADOR Pd/Cu ENTRE EN CONTACTO CON UNA SOLUCION DE KAuO2 Y REDUCIR EL KAuO2 A Au METALICO. ALTERNATIVAMENTE LA BASE PUEDE: i) ENTRAR EN CONTACTO PRIMERO CON UNA SOLUCION DE KAuO2, REDUCIENDO EL KAuO2 A ORO METALICO; ii) ENTRAR EN CONTACTO CON UNA SOLUCION DE Pd Y Cu SOLUBLES EN AGUA, CON POSTERIOR REDUCCION DE Pd Y Cu A SU FORMA METALICA.
